Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce high frequency noises produced when a glow start type choke is replaced with a high frequency inverter using an existing wiring by installing a noise filter device between a power supply and the inverter. SOLUTION: When a power supply is put on, commercial AC is turned into DC voltage by a DC converter circuit in a high frequency inverter circuit, and with this voltage, an oscillator circuit is actuated to generate a high frequency voltage which is impressed on a fluorescent lamp. A high voltage is impressed on the lamp by resonance of the output transformer of the inverter circuit with a capacitor for preheating, and the lamp is lighted up. A noise filter device 6 is installed between the power supply and inverter, which allows reducing the high frequency noise flowing into the power supply via the power lines A and B. Because the inverter is connected to an insulated oscillation transformer, the high frequency noise is fed back to the power supply, but it is absorbed by the noise filter device.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a glow-start type choke coil has been used as a lighting device for a showcase. However, from the viewpoint of power saving, an existing choke coil has been replaced with a high-frequency inverter. Was. However, since the wiring in the showcase is complicated, it is necessary to replace the choke coil with a high-frequency inverter using the existing wiring without any change. For this reason, the high-frequency inverter has the circuit configuration shown in FIG. 2 and is used with the same wiring as the wiring of the glow start type choke as shown in FIG.

However, in a showcase incorporating one or more sets of high-frequency inverters having the circuit configuration shown in FIG. 2, the output coil 1 of the isolated oscillation transformer 1 is not provided.
2 is connected to the fluorescent lamp 2 via one end of the power supply, there is a problem that the high frequency current on the output side is superimposed on the power supply current and the noise terminal voltage increases. In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to reduce the high-frequency noise generated when a glow-start type choke is replaced with a high-frequency inverter using the existing wiring as it is in a showcase using an existing glow-start type choke. It is to provide a method.

The present invention can be used with the same wiring as a fluorescent lamp for illuminating a displayed product and a glow start type choke for lighting the fluorescent lamp at a predetermined high frequency in order to achieve the above object. In order to reduce high frequency noise in a showcase including a high frequency inverter, a noise filter device is inserted between a power supply and a high frequency inverter.

According to the present invention, since the high frequency inverter is used with the same wiring as the glow start type choke, the output coil of the insulation type oscillation transformer is connected to the fluorescent lamp via one end of the power supply, so that the high frequency noise is reduced. Is returned to the power supply through this connection line. However, this high frequency noise is absorbed by the noise filter device provided on the power supply side, and the high frequency noise is hardly superimposed on the power supply.

FIG. 1 is a wiring diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a circuit diagram of a high-frequency inverter used in a showcase. In FIG. 2, when the power is turned on, the commercial power is converted into a DC voltage by a DC conversion circuit via a noise filter. The oscillation circuit operates by this voltage, and a high-frequency voltage is generated in the output coil 12 of the insulation type oscillation transformer 1. Output coil 12 and preheating capacitor 3
, A high voltage and a sufficient preheating current flow through the fluorescent lamp 2, and the fluorescent lamp 2 is turned on. When the fluorescent lamp 2 is turned on, a high-frequency current flows through the internal connection line 4 of the high-frequency inverter, one end of the power supply, and the fluorescent lamp connection line 5.
Therefore, since this high-frequency current does not pass through the noise filter, the high-frequency current is superimposed on the power supply, and the high-frequency noise increases. Next, as shown in FIG. 1, since the noise filter device 6 is connected between the power supply and the high-frequency inverter, high-frequency noise flowing into the power supply through the power supply lines A and B is reduced. As a side effect,
The noise filter in the high frequency inverter can be omitted.

As described above, according to the present invention,
In a showcase that uses an existing glow-start type choke, the glow-start type choke can be replaced with a high-frequency inverter with the same wiring as before, and high-frequency noise flowing into the power supply can be replaced with a noise filter device. It has an effect that can be reduced.
