Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 金属製の有底円筒形のケースとこのケー
スの開口端面に密着固定されるほぼ円板状の蓋板とから
なる密閉容器を有した感熱素子と、前記感熱素子の蓋板
を貫通して導電性のターミナルピンが絶縁固定され、こ
のターミナルピンの先端には金属製の薄板からなる中空
円筒形で少なくともその一部に若干の可撓性を持つ部分
を有した補助端子がその一端をターミナルピン先端に被
せる態様で導電的に固定され、前記蓋板表面にはターミ
ナルピンを挿通する孔を設けた樹脂製の絶縁部材が蓋板
の表面およびターミナルピンと補助端子との固定部をほ
ぼ覆い導電性のゴミがターミナルピンの絶縁固定部に付
着しないように取り付けられ、この絶縁部材上に突出し
た補助端子の先端には防水性のコネクターソケットが取
り付けられ、このコネクターソケットに設けられた固定
用の貫通孔を使用して制御対象機器への取り付けを固定
部材により行なう事を特徴とする熱応動スイッチ。
1. A thermosensitive element having a closed container comprising a metal-made bottomed cylindrical case and a substantially disc-shaped lid plate tightly fixed to an opening end face of the case, and a lid plate of the thermosensitive element. A conductive terminal pin is insulated and fixed therethrough, and at the tip of the terminal pin, an auxiliary terminal having a hollow cylindrical shape made of a thin metal plate and having at least a part with a part having some flexibility is provided. A resin insulating member, which is conductively fixed in such a manner that one end of the terminal pin covers the terminal pin tip and has a hole through which the terminal pin is inserted on the surface of the cover plate, is provided on the surface of the cover plate and a fixing portion between the terminal pin and the auxiliary terminal. The auxiliary terminal is attached so that conductive dust does not adhere to the insulating fixing part of the terminal pin, and a waterproof connector socket is attached to the tip of the auxiliary terminal protruding on the insulating member. A thermally responsive switch characterized in that mounting to a control target device is performed by a fixing member using a fixing through-hole provided in a connector socket.
