【従来の技術】従来、化粧品等の容器本体は、装飾性が
希求されることからガラス瓶体が多用されてきており、
一方、プラスチックボトルも一般に軽量、取扱い便宜
性、或いはガラス瓶体に比し加工精度が良好な点等か
ら、洗浄剤ほかの収納容器として多く使用されてきてい
るが、該容器本体の開口部に内容物を吐出させる中栓を
嵌挿係合させ、穴径や吐出部の形状により内容物の粘度
等による適当な吐出量を調整する構成とし、蓋体を被冠
させた形態が一般的に用いられている。また、一方、育
毛剤等では、容器本体に嵌装係合せしめる中栓は、吐出
時の方向性が定まり、内容物の吐出方向決めや、内容物
を勢いよく吐出させ、また、液切れが良い等の利点があ
るため、筒状突起の凸型中栓が多く用いられている。

に示す瓶中栓の断面説明図であり、開口部3の外周端縁
5に組付け嵌挿せしめた中栓本体2において、該中栓部
7の構成では比較的長い突出状凸部形状の吐出孔部9が
形成されている。また、特開平8−11914号公報の
ごときいわゆるノズル付キャップの構成では、吐出口或
いは注出口の形態に起因し、吐出方向を定め易く、かつ
勢いも良く、さらに吐出口が先細りで液切れが良好であ
る等の長所があるが、これに被冠させるキャップも当然
ながら、突出状凸部の形状に見合った長いか、或いは筒
長の包装形態や、筒状の長さによっては遊嵌部を伴った
個別、かつ種々の包装形態を揃えなければならず、中栓
が筒状の凸型の場合、蓋体も当然長い形状のものにな
り、デザイン上も容器本体とのバランスが難かしく、ま
た、製作上も煩雑さと専用キャップが必要であるため金
型代等を要しコスト高の要因でもあった。また、一般
に、瓶容器等の中栓では、たとえば図4に示すような注
出口13を有するいわゆるT型の中栓が多く用いられて
おり、収納物や用途などによって嵌挿係合させる中栓の
形状も一定せず、また、キャップ内高の関係で口型を統
一して共通のキャップを使用することができない難点が
あった。

ない。 (3)中栓部の突出状凸部を圧縮して蓋体キャップを被
冠できる為、該キャップの統一類型化と共に、蓋体キャ
ップを被冠した不使用時の載置スペースの節約、或いは
運搬輸送時での梱包形態の嵩張りを抑制できるように働
く。

る容器本体の開口部の外周端縁に組付け嵌挿せしめる中
栓であって、該中栓は形態固定性の硬質樹脂成形部材か
らなる係合取付部と、圧縮形態復帰性を有する樹脂成形
部材からなる中栓部の構成よりなり、蓋体の被冠時には
中栓部の筒形状が圧縮変形されて蓋体の裏側頂面に当接
して収納状態とし、一方、蓋体の脱冠時には該中栓部の
筒形状が突出状凸部の形態復帰性を備えてなることを特
徴とする収納型容器中栓。
