Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate jointing by forming a cap section provided in the upper section of a contractable joint material into a shape comprising a plurality of linear members orthogonally abutting on each other. SOLUTION: A linear joint body 2 is formed of plastic material such as polyurethane foam and polyethylene foam. The members of a cap section 3 with a U shaped cross section are made of plastic, butyl rubber, EPT rubber such as soft vinyl chloride or polyethylene. The members for cap 3 are arranged orthogonally crossed and are integrated into a body, forming the crossing cap 3. In addition, the upper section of the joint body 2 is fittedly installed in the U shaped recessed section, forming a contractable formed joint member 1. Through such operation, simply connecting the ends of the joint body 2 in a line is enough for executing jointing work, facilitating jointing work.

The joint body 2 can be formed by cutting a linearly formed one into appropriate lengths and fitting it into the recess of the cap portion 3.
Alternatively, it may be formed integrally with the shape fitting into the concave portion of the cap portion 3 in advance, or may be formed. The joint body 2 of the joint material 1 shown in FIG. 1 uses only the joint body formed linearly. FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the joint material shown in FIG. 1. The joint body of this joint material has a length from one end in the left-right direction to the other end in the figure as shown in FIG. And a joint body 23 having a length from the upper end to the center in the vertical direction in the figure and a joint body 23 having a length from the lower end to the center in the figure. ing. Further, in the case of the T-shaped stitch material 1 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the joint body is composed of three joint bodies, that is, a joint body 22 on a straight line integrally formed from one end to the other in the left-right direction and a joint body 21 on another straight portion. Further, in the case of an L-shaped joint material shown in FIG. 6, the joint is constituted by using two linear joint bodies.

The size of the joint material 1 of the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the length of the straight portion is the same. For example, in FIG. 3, the lengths L 1 , L 2 , L 3 , and L 4 are all the same. This length is, for example, 50
The thickness is preferably about 200 mm, more preferably about 100 mm. Also, the width W of the joint material 1 is usually formed to be 20 to 40 mm. Further, the height of the joint body 2 is usually formed to be about 40 to 50 mm.

The joint material of the present invention may be provided with supporting legs on the side surface similarly to the conventional joint material formed in a linear shape, but the planar shape is a stable shape having corner portions, and the joint is formed on a slab or the like. In order to stably stand upright just by mounting, it is not necessary to provide a supporting leg. If the support legs are not attached, there are advantages in that the number of parts is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the joint material is easily installed.

A description will be given of a case where the joint material of the roof waterproofing layer is applied by using the joint material of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a state in which joint materials are allocated. After forming the waterproof layer, as shown in FIG. 8, a thread is stretched on a line (X, Y, etc.) of a portion where the joint material is to be applied to a predetermined portion of the roof. Next, a conventional linear joint material is connected along the yarn. A joint material 1 shown in FIG. 1 of the present invention is used for a portion Z where a vertical joint X and a horizontal joint Y intersect. The connection between the joint material on a straight line and the joint material of the present invention is an end-to-end connection, and the same connection means as in the case of connecting the end portions of the conventional linear joint material can be used.

As shown in FIG. 7, a connecting member is provided between an end portion of a joint material 1 and a linear joint material 7 to be connected to the joint material, between a cap portion 3 of the end portion and the joint body 2. 6, the joint material 1 and the joint material 6 are joined and integrated. Similarly, another linear joint material 8 is connected to the other end of the joint material 1 and connected and integrated. By using the joint material 1 of the present invention at the intersections between the vertical joints and the horizontal joints, the joints need only be connected to the ends in a straight line. May be connected along the straight line of the yarn, and there is no need to perform any operation to set the right angle of the orthogonal portion.

In the molded elastic joint material shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the end of the joint body is formed to have the same length as the end of the cap portion. The molded elastic joint material of the present invention is as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the joint 11 may be formed such that the length of the end of the joint body 2 is shorter than the length of the end of the cap portion 3 to form the recess 11. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the protrusion 12 may be formed by forming the joint portion 2 such that the end portion of the joint body 2 is longer than the end portion of the cap portion 3. In this case, the joints can be connected without using a connecting member.

For example, in the case where the molded joint shown in FIG. 10 is connected to another linear joint, the joint is usually formed of the same length as the joint main body and the cap portion. When the joint body is pulled out from the end and the length corresponding to the length of the convex portion 12 of the molded elastic joint shown in FIG. 10 is cut, a concave portion is formed at the other end by the length of the convex portion 12, and the concave portion is formed. By fitting the convex portion of the molded expansion joint to the concave portion, the molded expansion joint of the present invention and the linear joint are reliably connected, and there is an advantage that the connecting member shown in FIG. 7 is unnecessary. FIG.
In the case of using the molded stretch joint of the present invention in which a concave portion is formed as shown in FIG. 10, a linear joint in which an end of the linear joint is formed to have a joint body long so that a convex portion is formed as shown in FIG. May be used.

Also, the end of the molded joint is shown in FIG.
When the joint body is formed to be longer or shorter than the cap portion as shown in (1), only a part of the end portion may be formed as such, but it is preferable that all the end portions are formed as such.

As described above, the present invention expandable joint material employs a structure in which the cap portion is integrally formed in advance in a shape in which a plurality of linear members abut at right angles. When performing the construction, by using the joint material of the present invention in a portion where the joint materials are orthogonal or abutting, compared with a case where a linear joint material is joined to form an orthogonal portion or the like, the end of the joint material is It is only necessary to connect the parts linearly, and there is no need to join the end of the joint and the side surface of the joint in an orthogonal state, and the construction work can be performed extremely easily. In particular, it is not necessary to sequentially perform the joint material construction from the end of one joint, and it is possible to simultaneously construct an arbitrary joint portion of a surface to be constructed by a plurality of workers, thereby significantly improving work efficiency. Can be.

The joint material of the present invention has better stability when placed on the ground than conventional joint materials which are simply formed in a straight line, and uses a support such as a support leg. There is no danger of falling if not. Therefore, there is an advantage that the work of joining the joint material can be easily performed. In addition, when no support is used, the number of parts is reduced, which contributes to cost reduction.
