作動部材13を上記空間10に挿入し且つ支軸11、1
2を鞘体1の壁に予め設けた軸孔14、15に回転自在
に嵌着して揺動可能に取付けると共に当該作動部材13
における揺動アーム4部に繰出用車3を中心軸16を以
て回転自在に軸承し、また中心軸16の両端部17、1
8を鞘体1の壁に予め設けた長孔19、20に嵌着して
作動部材13の揺動範囲を規制すると共に上記繰出用車
3の一部を鞘体の壁に予め開設した孔21から外に出
し、この外に出た部分22を手指によりバネ部6の作用
力に抗して押し込んだときには繰出用車3が棒状消ゴム
2に圧接し且つ係止用爪部5が棒状消ゴム2から離れ、
上記手指を放したときにはバネ部6の作用力によって繰
出用車3が棒状消ゴム2から離脱し且つ係止用爪部5が
棒状消ゴム2に突き刺さったような状態となって同消ゴ

側が棒状消ゴム2に圧接し且つ係止用爪部5が同消ゴム
2から離れ、手指を放したときには板バネ28の作用力
によって繰出用車3が消ゴム2から離脱し且つ係止用爪
部5が消ゴム2の側面に突き刺ったような状態となって

遊端個所に支壁31、32および中心軸33を以て繰出
用車3を遊転自在に軸承すると共に当該繰出用車3の内
側を鞘体1の側壁に設けた貫通孔34を介して鞘体1内
に臨入させ同じく外側を補助部材30に設けた角孔35
を介して外に露呈させ、更に上記作動部材13の先端部
に傾斜面36を設けて当該傾斜面36に繰出用車3の中
心軸33の一方の外端面を摺動可能に圧接させ、繰出用
車3の外に出た部分22に手指により押し込んだときに
繰出用車3の内側が棒状消ゴム2に圧接し且つ係止用爪
用爪部5が傾斜面36と中心軸の外端面との圧接摺動に
よって同消ゴム2から離れ、手指を放したときには板バ
ネ28の作用力によって繰出用車3が消ゴム2から離脱
し且つ係止用爪部5が消ゴム2の側面に突き刺ったよう
な状態となって同消ゴム2の後退を阻止するようにした
