Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To punch a good circular hole in many sheets at a time by smaller force by making the roots of a punch bit different from each other in height. SOLUTION: In a punch bit P, the height of a root C is different from that of a root D and the height of a crest A is different from that of a crest B. Therefore, since the crest A and the crest B, and the root C and the root D are brought into contact with a sheet at different timings, the force to press the punch bit P is easily concentrated and hence the punch bit P is well plunged. Further, the positions of the crests A, B and/or the roots C, D are shifted 180 degree from each other to twist the punching edge, whereby the punch bit P can punch a good circular hole in many sheets at a time with smaller force.

2. Description of the Related Art A punching machine often found in office stationery in daily life is sometimes provided in, for example, a copying machine. In a copying machine or the like, when a sheet member such as paper is inserted into a punch portion, a punch blade of a punch machine driven by a motor is pressed at right angles to the sheet member, and a circular punch hole is formed at a predetermined position of the sheet member. Is automatically turned off. In an office or the like where there are many opportunities to bind a large number of copied documents to a file, the automatic punching function of the copying machine or the like is extremely convenient. An example of a side view of a conventional punch blade shape used in such an automatic punching machine is shown in FIG. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the tips of the conventional punch blades P1, P2, and P3 have peak portions A (A1, A2, A3), B (B1, B
2, B3) and valleys C (C1, C2, C3), D (D1,
D2, D3). This is to improve the initial cut into the sheet member by providing a point (peak) at the tip of the punch blade. Particularly, in the punch blades P1 and P2, the peaks A (A1, A2) and the peaks B
(B1, B2) and the height of the mountain A (A
1, A2) and the ridges B (B1, B2) come into contact with the sheet member with a time lag, so the force to press the punch blades is concentrated, making it possible to punch holes in a large number of stacked papers become. The valleys C (C1, C2, C3), D
(D1, D2, D3) all contact the sheet member at the same time.

When the punch blades P1, P2 and P3 are pressed against a sheet member by the power of a motor, the larger the number of punched sheet members is, the more the punch blades P1, P2 and P3 are pressed.
Motor torque is required, and the amount of drive current increases. When the motor torque is insufficient, the gear ratio is reduced. That is, the punching speed is reduced, and the number of sheets through is increased. In this regard, in the case of the punch, the greatest load is applied at the moment when the sheet member is machined by the valley. However, in the conventional punch blade, the valley C (C1, C2 , C3), D (D1, D2, D3)
However, since all of them contact the sheet member at the same time, the load on the motor is large and there is a disadvantage that a large capacity motor is required. Further, the conventional punch blades P1, P2, P
In No. 3, if a large number of papers are to be punched at once, even if the punched holes are clear, the holes may not be properly circular. That is, cracks and tears occur around the punch holes, and sometimes the documents cannot be bound. This is because all the valleys come into contact with the sheet member at the same time, so that the cut into the sheet member is deteriorated. Thus, in order to punch a lot of paper with the conventional device,
It becomes necessary to use a motor with a large torque. However,
Increasing the size of the motor causes adverse effects such as an increase in noise during operation, an increase in the size of the punching machine, and an increase in manufacturing cost. Furthermore, when the amount of current required by the motor increases, a large amount of heat is generated in the device, and the operating cost also increases. In addition, because of the poor cut into the sheet member at the valleys, it was difficult to form a clear hole when the number of sheets was large. In order to solve the problems in the conventional technology, the present invention improves the punch blade shape of a punch, punches out a larger number of sheet members with the same pressing force, and
It is an object of the present invention to provide a punch blade shape of a punch that can ensure a uniform punch hole shape.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a crest and a valley at its tip, and punches the sheet member by being pressed at right angles to the sheet member. In the punch blade shape of the punch for punching a circular hole, the height of the valleys of the punch blades is made different, and the punch blade shape of the punch is configured. In the punch blade shape, since the height of the valleys of the punch blades is different, the valleys come into contact with the surface of the sheet member with a time lag, so that the cut is good, the load is not applied, and a larger number of sheets are used than in the past. A good circular punch hole can be formed at a time in the sheet member. Further, if the heights of the peaks of the punch blades are made different, punching of the punch holes becomes easier. Further, if the positions of the peaks and / or valleys of the punch blade are shifted from the 180 ° facing position, a twist is applied between the peaks and / or valleys of the punch blade, and the cut into the sheet member is made. The punch holes can be made easier than before. Also, when the punch blade is pressed against the sheet member by a motor, the amount of torque required by the motor is reduced, the production cost is reduced, the noise during operation is reduced, the size is reduced, and the required current is reduced. Can be achieved.
Further, if a punch having the punch blades is provided in a copying machine, it is possible to contribute to labor saving by, for example, immediately punching a sheet member such as paper after copying.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.
It should be noted that the following embodiments are examples embodying the present invention, and do not limit the technical scope of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the shape of a punch blade of a punch according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the amount of current required by a motor for driving the punch, and FIG. It is a table | surface which shows the state of the punch hole by a blade. As shown in FIG. 1, a punch blade P according to an embodiment of the present invention
However, the difference from the conventional punch blades P1, P2, and P3 in FIG. 5 is that the heights of the valleys C and D are different. For this reason, since both the peaks A and B and the valleys C and D contact the sheet member with a time difference, the force pressing the punch blade P tends to concentrate, and the cut of the punch blade P is good. This makes it easier to punch holes. Further, in the punch blade P according to the above-described embodiment, the positions of the valleys C and D are deviated from each other by 180 ° on the horizontal plane. As described above, by adding a twist to the valleys C and D, the punch holes are more easily formed. The same applies to the peaks A and B, and the cuts are improved by giving the peaks A and B and / or the valleys C and D a relationship deviating from the above-mentioned 180 ° facing position. Can be.

The difference in punching ability due to the difference between the conventional punch blades P1, P2 and P3 and the shape of the punch blade P according to the above embodiment appears in the drive current of the motor for pressing the punch blade against the sheet member. . FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the number of sheets of paper to be punched and the drive current of the motor. In FIG. 2, a black circle indicates a current value when the conventional punch blade (P1 in FIG. 5) is used, and a white circle indicates a current value when the punch blade P shown in FIG. 1 is used. As shown in FIG. 2, the conventional punch blades P1, P2,
The tendency that the drive current amount increases as the number of set sheets of paper increases in both P3 and the punch blade P is the same,
For example, when the number of sets is 45, the conventional punch blade P
In the case of 1, the current amount is slightly less than twice that of the punch blade P. Conversely, if the punch blade P is used, the required amount of current can be reduced. If the amount of current is reduced, the heat generated by the motor is also reduced, and the management of the device becomes easier. In addition, the reduction in the amount of current reduces the operating cost of the punching machine. Also, by using a motor with a low torque output, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost, reduce noise, and reduce the size.

FIG. 3 shows a comparison of the punch hole state between the punch blade P and the conventional punch blade P1 and the current value required to drive the motor at that time. In each row shown in FIG.
The state of the punch hole of the 3rd paper is shown.
5 shows the state of the punch holes of the first sheet when the number of sheets set is five. The column of the current value is the amount of current required to drive the motor when punching 35 sheets of paper. In this test, the maximum number of punch blades P1 of the conventional punch blade P1 is 40, and the number of punch blades P of the present embodiment is 5
The number was 0 or more. As shown in FIG. 3, the punch hole state of the punch blade P according to the present embodiment is good,
It can be seen that the 17th sheet has a circular shape and punch holes are uniformly formed. On the other hand, in the punch hole state of the conventional punch blade P1, a part of the circular shape is distorted due to slippage and the like when the punch blade P1 and the paper come into contact with each other on the first and 17th sheets. As described above, by using the punch blade according to the present embodiment, a uniform punch hole can be formed as compared with the conventional case, and the motor for driving the punch machine can be reduced in size, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the noise can be reduced, and Thus, the required torque can be reduced.

As described above, the present invention has a crest and a valley at the end thereof, and is punched at right angles to the sheet member to punch out the sheet member to form a circular hole. The punch blade shape of the punch is characterized in that the height of the valleys of the punch blade is different from that of the punch blade. In the punch blade shape, since the height of the valley of the punch blade is different, the punch member comes into contact with the sheet member surface with a time difference,
A good circular punch hole can be formed in a larger number of sheet members at a time than before. Therefore, it is possible to make a punch hole with a lighter force. Further, if the heights of the peaks of the punch blades are made different, the punch holes can be more easily formed. Furthermore, if the positions of the peaks and / or valleys of the punch blade are shifted from the 180 ° facing position,
A twist is applied between the peaks and / or valleys of the punch blade, so that the cut into the sheet member is improved, and a punch hole can be formed more easily than before. When the punch blade is pressed against the sheet member by a motor, the amount of torque required by the motor is reduced. Therefore, reduction of manufacturing cost, reduction of noise during operation,
The size can be reduced. Further, since the amount of current required to drive the motor is reduced, heat generated in the device can be reduced. Further, if a punching machine provided with the punch blade is provided in a copying machine, labor can be saved by, for example, immediately punching a sheet member such as paper after copying. Further, since the amount of current for driving the motor is reduced, the operating cost is reduced, and the convenience of the automatic punching machine of the copying machine is improved.
