形を起し、画像に横すじが発生する問題がある。よっ
て、製品の出荷時にはニップの解除ピースや解除レバー
等を設けてニップを解除した状態で出荷しており、長時
間放置されてもローラが永久変形をしないようにしてい
るが、据え付け時には解除ピースを除去し、レバーを戻
すために定着ローラと加圧ローラは圧接状態となりロー
ラが変形しやすくなる。

で定着ローラ1の長手方向に薄く均一に塗布する役目を
している。10はプラスチック製オイルパンでオイルの
受け皿になっている。従って、オイルブレード9,フェ

外に洩れることはない。また、オイルパン10の一部に
