外筒部は内壁面が筆記具本体に装着され、その筆記具本
体は供給過剰なインキを一時的に貯留させてなる蛇腹部
を具え、内蔵されるインキ貯留部と通じる供給筒を介し
てペン先にインキを直接供給してなる筆記部を固持し、
上記筆記具本体の上端縁には、内筒部底部の密着により
変形する環状弾性体を設け、これによって上記キャップ
の通気孔を閉塞自在としてなる筆記具のキャップ装着構
造。
