Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a strong sealing-combining by using a small amount of an inexpensive member by a method wherein a groove is formed at a socket and spigot part between a container main body and a lid, and a wire is inserted in a tunnel-form thin passage which is formed when both parts are fitted, to combine both parts. SOLUTION: On the mouth edges of a container main body 1 and a lid 2, recessed steps 3, 4 which are socket-and-spigot-fitted to each other, are provided. Then, on the outer peripheral surface of the recessed step 3 and on the internal peripheral surface of the recessed step 4, grooves 5, 6 are provided at locations which meet when the main body 1 and the lid 2 are joined. By fitting the main body 1 and the lid 2, a wire 8 is inserted in a thin tunnel-form passage which is formed by the joined grooves 5, 6, from a hole 7 which communicates with the grooves 5, 6, on the outer peripheral surface. By doing so, the wire 8 is fitted in both of the main body 1 and the lid 2, and the lid 2 is fixed. In order to remove the lid 2, by inserting another wire 8 in the hole 7 to push out one part of the already inserted wire 8 from the hole 7 on the opposite side, and the already inserted wire 8 and the wire 8 which is used for the pushing out are pulled out, and thus, the container can be easily opened.

FIG. 1 shows an example of an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 is a container body, and 2 is a lid. The main body 1 and the lid 2 are provided with concave steps 3 and 4 at the rims for mating with each other, and the main body and the lid are fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the concave step 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the concave step 4. At this time, the grooves 5 and 6 are provided at the positions that coincide with each other. The main body 1 and the lid 2 are fitted to each other, and the wire 8 is inserted from a hole 7 communicating with the grooves 5 and 6 on the outer peripheral surface into a thin tunnel-shaped passage formed by combining the grooves 5 and 6. In this way, the wire 8 is fitted to both the main body 1 and the lid 2 as shown in FIG. 2, and the lid is fixed. To remove the lid, another wire may be inserted into the hole 7, the wire previously inserted may be partially extruded from the hole 7 on the opposite side and pulled out, and the wire used for extruding may be removed.

In the above example, the grooves 5 and 6 together have a semicircular cross section and are joined together to form a passage having a circular cross section with a diameter slightly larger than that of the wire 8. However, various shapes of the grooves are possible, and as shown in FIG. (FIG. 3A), square (FIG. 3B) or mutually different shapes as shown in FIG. 3C. The wire 8 is not limited to the circular cross section. The wire 8 does not have to be straight, but may be curved, wavy or gently spiral,
It is better to be elastically deformed straight within the passage formed by the grooves 5, 6. In this way, even if the wire is considerably thinner than the narrow passage, the wire is bent in its own way to be stretched in the passage and the connection between the main body 1 and the lid 2 is completed.

[0008] In the above example, a rectangular container has wires 8 on all four sides.
I put it in, but this may be only two opposite sides. Further, the shape of the container is not limited to the rectangular shape, and may be a circular shape as shown in FIG. In this case, a small hole 7 is bored from the outer surface of the lid 2 in the direction of contacting the narrow passage formed by the grooves 5 and 6, and the wire is inserted through the small hole. The present invention can be similarly applied to the case where the two opposite sides are arcs.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment. The recessed steps of the inro are provided with recessed grooves 11 and 12 that engage with the protrusions 9 and 10 at the rim of the mating inroto, respectively. This is to prevent the lid from coming off despite the fact that there is. In this way, the cross-sectional shape of the grooves 5 and 6 through which the wire 8 is passed is made a triangle having a bottom surface which is inclined toward the mouth edge side of the imprint portion, and it is possible to facilitate die-cutting when molding the container with plastic. Further, not only this example but also the above example, the four corners of the cage may be removed as depths of the grooves 5 and 6 as shown in FIG. As a result, the stamp part can easily escape when the die is removed during molding, and the die can be released easily.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the hole 7 for inserting the wire 8 into the narrow passage formed by the grooves 5 and 6 from the outside is staggered from the grooves 5 and 6, and the ends of the grooves 5 and 6 are widened. It is designed to communicate with the small holes 7 having different steps. In this form, if the wire 8 is inserted into the narrow passage, the end of the wire engages with the stepped portion of the small hole 7 and the narrow passage, and the wire can no longer be pulled out from the outside, and the container cannot be opened. It becomes possible to close like this.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the container main body 1 and the lid 2 are not in contact with each other, but the rims of the container main body 1 and the lid 2 are in abutment with each other, and a rectangular wave-shaped notch 13 is provided so as to be fitted to each other. The container body 1 and the lid 2 are provided with a groove 15 obliquely inserted in the inner side surface of the protrusion 14 between the notches 13 when the body 1 and the lid 2 are joined together. As a whole, as shown in FIG. 7B, one narrow passage is formed. The container body 1 and the lid 2 are joined by passing the wire 8 through this passage.

The outline of the present invention has been described above. Needless to say, the wire need not have a circular cross-sectional shape if necessary, and may have a polygonal shape such as a triangular shape, a square shape, or an irregular shape such as a drum shape. Good. The material of the wire does not have to be a single wire of metal, and the same effect can be obtained by twisting a fine wire or a fiber having strength such as polyimide. Also, when used in the case of rechargeable batteries,
To prevent the battery from being shorted by the wire when the case is broken due to dropping, etc., use a wire with insulating coating on the surface or a strong special fiber to prevent accidents. Is effective for. Further, in order to prevent this short, the wire is made extremely short, and even if only eight wires are inserted in the four corners, a sufficient effect can be obtained when the number of batteries is small. Further, it is not necessary to limit to the wire, and the same effect can be obtained by a slitter product of a thin metal sheet bent in Z shape. Further, if the fitting portions of the lid and the container body are fitted to each other as shown in FIG. 8 so that they can be fitted forcefully, the strength will be further increased. The cross section of the groove 4 does not have to be round, and may be formed in any convenient shape such as a square or a diamond. Container body 1
The lid 2 and the lid 2 may be inserted from both directions C and D as shown in FIG. Regarding the insertion of the wire, it is possible to insert the coiled wire from the left and right simultaneously while rewinding the coiled wire with an automatic machine, and it is assembled in a very short period of time.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION A strong fixing force is required by using only a small amount of a very inexpensive member such as a wire, and there is no fear of affecting other parts as in ultrasonic welding. In particular, the demand for lithium-ion secondary batteries, which has been expanding in recent years, is
It is also possible to clear the point that C control is necessary and the risk that the wire bond of the IC may be cut by ultrasonic welding of the case is pointed out. In addition, compared to ultrasonic welding, the equipment is very cheap and does not require an expensive horn, and there is no unpleasant sound during welding, and the working environment is improved. Since the dry system is much shorter than the bonding method, the processing time is much shorter, and the work-in-process is almost zero, and it is possible to handle high-mix low-volume production simply by changing the wire length setting. Further, in the case of requiring a stronger fixation, it is preferable to make holes on both sides and to cause a current to flow through the wire after attachment to generate heat so as to fuse with the molded product. As described above, compared with the conventional processing method, the material of the lid and the container body does not have to be the same, and high-mix low-volume production, reduction of work-in-progress, no quality trouble, and low processing cost Has the great advantage of. Further, not only the battery package but also the coupling such as a hose and the fitting portion of the case of a personal computer can be applied.
