Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a desk in a very short time of approximately 10 seconds and firmly without using an assembly tool, a screw or the like, and place a heavy article such as a large-sized computer and a large-sized printer on the desk. SOLUTION: Leg plates 2 are connected respectively to the right and left sides of a top plate 1, so as to be freely foldable, and a front plate 3 is provided at a position under the top plate 1, so as to be freely foldable as well. Furthermore, a shelf plate 4 is fitted to the rear center of the front plate 3, so as to be capable of freely turning, and engagement members 5 for engagement with the right and left lower peripheral projections of the shelf plate 4 are provided on the internal sides of the leg plates 2, so as to be capable of freely turning. For assembling this foldable desk, the leg plates 2 are first expanded, and, then, the front plate 3 is collapsed. Also, the engagement members 5 are turned, and then, the shelf plate 4 is turned. Thereafter, the right and left lower peripheral projections of the shelf plate 4 are coupled to the engagement members 5.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional folding desks are generally small in size and weak in strength because they support the total weight with four pole-shaped open / close legs, making it difficult to mount a large computer or large printer. there were. Further, when the open / close legs are folded inward, they may overlap each other, which is inconvenient (see FIG. 7 (1)). On the other hand, a fixed desk having a front plate is widely used because of its simple structure and high strength. A folding desk with a front plate is also conceivable, but it has not been put to practical use because the structure is complicated and the strength is not satisfactory. In addition, the former fixed desk has a problem that it is inconvenient for storage and transportation due to its occupied space and it is costly. Further, there is a problem that the strength is reduced when the shelf is attached to the conventional small folding desk.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. This embodiment shows an embodiment of the present invention according to claim 2, wherein the left and right lower peripheral projections are box-shaped cross-section frame frames, and the upper surfaces are opened with the engaging members projecting inward to form a U-shaped cross section. It is a thing. In this embodiment, leg plates are provided on the right and left sides of the top plate so that they can be folded inward, a front plate is provided on the lower front face of the top plate so that it can be folded on the back face of the top plate, and the leg plates can be pivoted at the center of the back surface of the front plate. The folding desk has a structure in which an engaging member that is attached to the inside of the leg plate and that engages with the left and right lower peripheral projections of the leg plate is rotatably attached inside the leg plate. FIG.
1 is a perspective view showing the entire assembled state of the embodiment, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a connecting member between a leg plate and a top plate. 5 is a vertical cross-sectional view of a folding desk having a cross section, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a front plate and an enlarged cross-sectional view of holes in CC of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is an assembly process explanatory view, and FIG. 7 is (1) conventional folding It is explanatory drawing of the folding-type desk which has a folding-type desk (2) storage space. In the figure, 1 is a top plate, 2 is a leg plate that supports the entire weight, 3 is a front plate, 4 is a shelf plate extending below the top plate, 5 is an engaging member attached to the inside of the leg plate, 6 is a caster, and 7 is A hinge, 8 is a protrusion attached to the lower side of the leg plate, 9 is a hole provided on the side end surface of the front plate, and 10 is a storage space. In order to assemble the assembling type desk, as shown in FIG. 6, the leg plates 2 supporting the total weight on the left and right sides of the top plate 1 are opened vertically to the top plate 1 (first to first).
(2nd step), as shown in FIG. 2, the front plate 3 provided on the lower front surface of the top plate 1 so as to be freely folded on the back surface of the top plate 1 is vertically tilted with respect to the top plate 1 (second to third steps). . After that, as shown in FIG. 3, the engaging member 5 attached to the inside of the leg plate 2 is rotated inward until the upper surface is opened (3rd to 4th steps), and
As shown in FIG. 5, the shelf plate 4 attached to the center of the back surface of the front plate 3 is rotated so as to extend below the top plate 1, and the left and right lower peripheral projections of the shelf plate 4 are engaged with the engaging members ( 4 to 5 stages).
As a result, the assembled state shown in FIG. 1 is obtained and the assembled desk is completed. To fold the assembly-type desk, as shown in FIG. 2, the left and right lower peripheral protrusions of the shelf plate 4 that engage with the engaging members 5 of the assembly-type desk in the assembled state shown in FIG. Rotate to the center of the back of. After that, as shown in FIG. 3, the engaging member 5 is rotated inside the leg plate 2 to avoid it, and the front plate 3 is moved to the top plate 1.
Fold it in the back of the. This state is the dotted line position in FIG.
Then, the left and right leg plates 2 are folded inward. The folding desk according to the present invention, as shown in FIG.
Is L, the distance h from the top plate 1 of the leg plate 2 to the folding position, and the distance l below the folding position of the leg plate 2 are L <2l. Further, since the distance h is provided, the leg plates 2 can be folded inward without overlapping each other, and the storage space 10 is formed between the top plate 1 and the leg plate 2. To assemble a folding desk having a connecting member between the leg plate 2 and the front plate 3, as shown in FIGS.
Open the leg vertically to the top plate 1, tilt the front plate 3 vertically to the top plate 1, and insert the projections 8 attached below the left and right leg plates 2 into the holes 9 provided on the side end faces of the front plate 3. Fit and pull the front plate 3 toward you to fix the protrusion 8 in the locked position. This state is shown by the dotted line position in FIG. The folding desk assembled up to this stage is convenient because the shelf board 4 is folded in the center of the rear surface of the front plate 3 and the inner space below the folding desk is wide when the shelf board 4 is not needed. To fold the folding desk at this stage, push the front plate 3 forward, remove the protrusion 8 that is locked in the hole 9 of the front plate 3 and fold the front plate 3 to the back surface of the top plate 1. The leg plates 2 are folded inward to form the storage space 10.

As described above, according to the present invention, the leg plate and the front plate are provided so as to be foldable, and the leg plate and the engaging member are rotatably attached. It becomes possible to assemble the assembly-type desk in a timely and solid manner, and it is possible to carry a heavy-weight article such as a large personal computer or a large printer. Further, the leg plates can be folded into a compact shape without overlapping each other in an extremely short time, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and the cost can be reduced. Further, since the front plate, the shelf plate, the connecting member, and the engaging member are provided, the folding desk having the shelf plate is possible while maintaining the strength enough to mount a large-sized personal computer, a large-sized printer or the like. Further, since the connecting member is provided between the leg plate and the front plate, the connection between the leg plate and the front plate is strong, and a sense of stability can be obtained, and the space at the foot of the seat is widened to facilitate the use. Furthermore, the left and right lower peripheral edge projections of the shelf plate are made into a box-shaped frame section, and the upper surface is opened with the engaging member protruding inward, and the section is U-shaped, so the structure is simple and robust. A desk becomes possible.
