異なる段状の係合部が形成された切欠部を設けるととも
に、上記付勢部の側面に上記切欠部の係合部と係合可能
な突起を突設し、上記付勢部をばね体で上方または下方
に付勢し、上記突起を任意の係合部に係合させることに
より、上記カッターの刃先突出量を任意に調節できるよ
うにしたことを特徴とするノーズガイド。
