Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、手動吸揚ポンプに関するものである。従来
のポンプは押ボタンを押圧するとその加圧作用で即吸揚
されるものであった。それは使用目的や用途によっては
押圧すると即出るということは有効不可欠なものである
ことはいうまでもない。しかし、作業姿勢においては両
手を使用できないという欠点もあった。それを解決すベ
く押圧完了後溶液が吐出できる様にした吸揚ポンプに関
するものである。この発明を図によって説明すると、ポ
ンプ上端部に設けられた押ボタン(1)を押すと押ボタ
ン(1)に突設された吐出管(2)はシリンダー(6)
の上頭部を滑動できる様貫設されていて、下端部はシリ
ンダー(6)に内設されたピストン(5)の上頭部に狭
着されていて、同時に連動下降する。その際ピストン
(5)に内蔵されたボール形逆止弁(4)は、下槽室
(12)に充填された溶液により押し上げられ、開放の
状態となり、ピストン(5)は下死点に達すると上槽室
(11)内は溶液で満たされ、その時吸入管(8)に内
蔵されている逆止弁(9)はピストン(5)の加圧によ
り閉の状態にある。そして押圧下降した押ボタン(1)
を開放すると戻し、スプリング(7)の力でピストン
(5)は上昇する。それと同時に逆止弁(4)は閉じ、
ピストン(5)の上昇により、上槽室(11)に充填さ
れた溶液は吐出管(2)の下端部に穿設された吐出口
(3)より導かれ吐出管(2)より吐出されると同時に
シリンダー(6)の下端部の下槽室(12)は負圧を生
じる。そのため、シリンダー(6)に気密挿着された吸
入管(8)に内蔵されたボール形逆止弁(9)は開の状
態になり、溶液室(13)の溶液は吸入管(8)より導
入し、下槽室(12)は溶液で充填される。押ボタン
(1)を押圧下降することによりピストン(5)も下降
し、上槽室(11)に溶液を充填し、押ボタン(1)が
戻り上昇する事により、上槽室(11)の溶液はピスト
ン(5)の上昇加圧で吐出されると同時にピストン
(5)の上昇による下槽室(12)が負圧を生じ溶液を
吸入する方式の押圧手動ポンプである。又、ピストン
(5)に内蔵されたボール形逆止弁(4)、吸入管
(8)に内蔵されたボール形逆止弁(9)はスウィング
