すもので、中実でなる摺動棒5を空洞筒2の内径より若
干小さく形成し、その上部に前記留めねじ9と螺合する
ねじ穴5aを形成する。そして摺動棒5の下端部に作動
腕6,6を支軸6aを中心にして側方向に回動自在に軸
支し、両作動腕6,6の間にはスプリング8を介在して

方に摺動して移動させた状態を示すものである。作動腕

がら互いに隣接して空洞筒2内へと収納される。図6は
摺動筒3を下方に摺動して移動させた状態を示すもの
で、作動腕6,6は摺動筒3に連動して下方に移動する

力によって両側方向に開かれる。この状態で、図4
(b)に示すように、押さえ板7を挟み板6bに嵌装さ

ニール袋10を作動腕6,6に挟み込んで固定した状態
を示すものである。作動腕6,6を開いた状態にしてペ
ットの糞を収容し、そのあとは摺動筒3を上方に摺動す
ることで作動腕6,6が運動して閉じられ、この状態で
ビニール袋10を手前に引けば挟み込んだ部分が引き抜
かれて、そのままビニール袋10ごと捨てることができ
る。本発明の構成において、押さえ板7の軸支している
部分にばね材を設けて、そのばね材の復元力によって常
に押さえ板7を挟み板6b側に挟む力が働くように構成
