Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver photosensitive material smoothly from a magazine by setting a plurality of photosensitive material delivery speed. SOLUTION: The tip of paper P stored in a magazine 1a is pulled out and inserted between a pair of carrier rollers 6a, 6b of delivery mechanism A. The paper P is then fed at low speed via loop mechanism B and delivered by the specified quantity after a sensor S is shaded, and then the delivery of the paper P is stopped. A motor 9 of the loop mechanism B is then driven to rotatory- move a carrier roller 10 and a carrier guide 11 into a position of an arrow mark C. With this rotatory movement, the paper P forms a loop L0 with its own weight. A pressure-bonding solenoid 12 is then actuated to hold the paper P. A driving motor 7 is driven to deliver the paper P, and a loop L2 is further formed until a sensor S2 is shaded. The delivery speed of the paper P at this time is to be high speed.

2. Description of the Related Art As a photographic processing apparatus, a paper, which is a photosensitive material, is fed in a roll form from a magazine, the paper is sent out, the image recorded on a developed film is printed, and then the image is printed. Some papers are developed, dried, and then cut into predetermined dimensions for each frame. When the paper is delivered, a friction (load) is applied to the core of the magazine so that the paper roll does not rotate too much, and the paper roll is rotated in synchronization with the paper delivery mechanism.

However, when the paper is sent out, the inertial force acting on the paper changes depending on the paper winding diameter, so that it is difficult to set the friction of the magazine, and if the friction is too heavy, the core is rotated. There is a problem that an excessive load acts on the applied motor and the durability of the motor is reduced. On the contrary, if the friction of the core is too light, the paper may sag in the magazine. If the slackened paper is fed at a high speed with the paper slackened, there is a problem that an abnormal noise of pan occurs when the paper is fully extended.

The delivery method of the present invention is applied to a photographic processing apparatus as shown in FIG. 1, for example. Such a photographic processing device sends out paper P from a magazine in which the paper P is stored in a roll shape, and prints the image information recorded on the developed film to the print unit 2 and develops the baked paper P. The developing unit 3 includes a drying unit 4 that dries the developed paper P and a cutting unit 5 that cuts the dried paper P into predetermined dimensions for each frame. Two magazines 1a and 1b are set in the photo processing apparatus. This is because by automatically switching to the paper P of the other magazine 1b when the paper P of one magazine 1a is lost or when the paper width or type is changed to another paper P.
This is to reduce the work of exchanging magazines and improve work efficiency. However, in the present invention, the number of magazines is not limited to two.

The magazine 1a is housed in a light-shielded casing, and the paper P drawn out from the magazine 1a is supplied from a pair of conveying rollers 6a, 6b and a drive motor 7 for rotating the conveying roller 6a. Is fed by the feeding mechanism A and is supplied to the printing unit 2.

Next, the delivery method of the present invention will be described.
In the present invention, the paper sent from the magazine is once looped and then supplied to the printing unit. This is because by forming a loop, it is possible to reduce the feeding speed of the drive motor 7 at the time of starting and stopping the feeding of the paper independently of the other conveying motors.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, the leading end of the paper P stored in the magazine 1a is pulled out, and the feeding mechanism A is used.
It is inserted between the pair of transport rollers 6a and 6b. Then, at a low speed (for example, 250 mm / sec), the paper P is passed through the loop mechanism B and the sensor S shields the light.
After feeding to the position m, feeding of the paper P is stopped. At this time, since the paper P is sent at a low speed,
Absorbing the slack in the magazine 1a to prevent abnormal noise and damage to the paper, and to reduce the inertia force of the paper roll (core) 8 in order to stop at a low speed, the paper P in the magazine 1a You can eliminate the slack. Next, the motor 9 of the loop mechanism B is driven to rotationally move the carrying roller 10 and the carrying guide 11 to the position of arrow C. By this rotational movement, the paper P forms a loop L0 by its own weight. Then, the crimping solenoid 12 operates to hold the paper P. After that, the drive motor 7 is driven to send out the paper P, and the loop L2 is further formed until the sensor S2 is shielded from light. The feeding speed of the paper P here can be set to a high speed (for example, 650 mm / sec) since there is no slack of the paper P in the magazine 1a after the paper P is stopped at a low speed. After the loop L2 is formed,
The feeding speed is returned to a low speed, and then the conveyance motor 13 moves the conveyance rollers 14 and 15 to a low speed (for example, 180 mm
/ Sec) to feed the leading edge of the paper P to the position of the transport roller 16. Then, the fed paper P is
Image information of the film is printed on each frame in the printing unit 2. It should be noted that in the present invention, the feeding mechanism A is more than the conveying speed at the low speed by the conveying motor 13.
Since the delivery speed at a low speed due to is increased, the sensor S3 is always in the light shielding state at the start of the delivery. When the sensor S3 shields the light from the looped paper P, the feeding of the paper P is stopped from a low speed. Then, the paper is sequentially conveyed by the conveying rollers, and the drive motor 7 remains stopped even if the sensor S3 becomes transparent. When the sensor S2 becomes transparent, the feeding of the paper P is switched from the stop to the low speed. There is. And paper P
In order to prevent the slack and bulge of the paper in the printing unit 2 and to accurately position the paper at the exposure position until the leading edge of the paper bites into the carry roller 18 via the carry roller 17, Since punch holes are often formed, it is necessary to improve the feed accuracy. Therefore, the conveyance speed of the paper P by the conveyance motor 13 is slower than the feeding speed (250 mm / sec) of the paper P, for example, 180 mm / sec. Next, after the leading edge of the paper P is caught in the carrying roller 18, the carrying speed of the carrying motor 13 is switched to a high speed, for example, 630 mm / sec in order to improve the paper processing work. In this case, if the paper P is in the loop L1 state and the sensor S1 is transparent, the paper P delivery speed is increased and the sensor S2 is cut off when the sensor S2 is cut off, and then the drive motor 7 is cut off when the sensor S3 is cut off. To stop. Therefore, once the speed is switched to the low speed, the sensor S1
Does not switch at high speed unless becomes transparent. The above operation is repeated to continue the printing work.

The delivery method of the present invention is not limited to the delivery of paper, but can be similarly applied to the delivery of film from a magazine.

As described above, according to the delivery method of the present invention, the delivery of paper is slowed down at the start of the delivery, and conversely when it is stopped, it is stopped from the low speed state. Therefore, the slack in the magazine is absorbed and the slack does not occur in the magazine. Therefore, abnormal noise and paper damage generated in the magazine are eliminated. Further, since the load during paper transportation becomes constant, the accuracy of the paper transportation amount improves.
