み23を設け、定量ポンプ25の前段で弾性可撓ホース
22を固定して、その弾性可撓ホース22を介して定量
ポンプ25側からの外力が前記秤量機構に伝わらなくす
る縁切り治具21、21’を配置してなる秤量機能安定
