It is released into 01 and causes bacteria to reproduce and cure. Then, bacteria ingest the organic solid content (SS content) in the wastewater and wastewater as a nutrient source to promote purification. In addition, 103a shows an air filter. Next, this sewage is transferred to the settling tank 105 via the transfer pump 104, and in this settling tank 105, the residue of the SS component taken in by the bacteria as a nutrient source is settled. Here, the precipitation water is guided from the lower part of the precipitation tank 105 to the filtration device 106, where it is concentrated, the residue is removed as a small amount of cake ash, and the filtered water is discharged or returned to the precipitation tank 105. 107 is a filtering device 1
The scraper attached to No. 06 shows an example in which the sludge cake 108 is guided to the conveyor 109 and removed. Settling tank 10
Floating water from the upper part of 5 is introduced into a filter tank 111 made of sand and activated carbon through a pump 110, and thereafter, treated water (30

The cylindrical filter element 5 is composed of a complex in which oil-adsorbed cotton and activated carbon are alternately wound in multiple layers. The oil contained in the sewage is oil-adsorbed cotton, and the odor is determined by activated carbon. Each is adsorbed. The filter element 5 is installed on a ring plate 24 that surrounds a cylindrical body 23 that forms a part of the central space 22. Reference numeral 25 is a reinforcing rib that supports the ring plate 24. An appropriate space 21 is provided between the outer wall of the filter element 5 and the inner wall of the main body 2, and the sewage guided in this space 21 passes through the filter element 5 toward the center, so that the filter element 5 5 reaches the central space 22 and is discharged from there through the opening 7a at the top of the discharge pipe 7 to the outside of the apparatus. The lid 6 is configured to be opened and closed in the direction of arrow M by the opening / closing mechanism 8 (see FIG. 1). That is, by operating the opening / closing handle 81, the bar 82 expands and contracts, and in conjunction with this bar 82, a part of the lid 6 pivotally attached to the main body 2 is pivoted to a position as shown by a chain line. Rock. Further, when closed (during operation), the lid 6 is secured by a large number of tightening bolts 83 provided around it.
Is configured so that it can be tightly sealed to the main body 2. 9
Is a step for raising and lowering, and is used by an operator when replacing the filter element 5, cleaning the inside of the main body 2, and performing maintenance and inspection.

The operating procedure of this apparatus will be described below. First, the miscellaneous waste water is sent from the water intake 41 of the main body 2 to the inside. The sent miscellaneous wastewater (hereinafter referred to as sewage) becomes a swirl flow inside the main body 2 and forms a water flow cyclone region 4. Here, the solid matter (organic solid matter, that is, SS matter) is separated. That is, the SS component is separated from the sewage by the louver 3 provided directly below the water cyclone region 4, and falls into the septic tank 1 provided below. The fallen SS component will not re-float to the water flow cyclone region 4 due to the slanted straightening plate 31 of the louver 3. The SS component dropped into the septic tank 1 is supplied with oxygen by fine air bubbles (aeration) from the aeration pipe 11 arranged at the bottom of the tank, and breeds and cures the introduced bacteria. Therefore, the SS content is ingested by bacteria, and the residue becomes ash and accumulates in the lower part of the septic tank as a very small amount of precipitate. This deposit is monitored through the inspection window 14 and appropriately taken out from the outlet 13 and incinerated or disposed of as industrial waste.

On the other hand, SS-free sewage separated by the water cyclone and the louver 3 swirls due to the effect of the water cyclone and fills the outer space 21 of the filter element 5, and is filtered by the filter element 5 to the center. It flows into the space 21. The fine air bubbles of the air aerated in the septic tank 1 always pass through the filter element 5 (oxygen supply). Therefore, the fine SS, oil, and odor adsorbed when the sewage passes through the filter element 5 are ingested as a nutrient source for the activated and reproductive-cured bacteria nesting therein. The residue is deposited as ash on the outer wall of the filter element 5, and a swirling flow due to a water cyclone is generated on the outer periphery of the residue, and bubbles due to aeration collide with the deposited ash and burst, causing ultrasonic waves. A phenomenon occurs, the deposits are separated from the filter element 5, and again fall into the septic tank by the water cyclone and the louver 3. Therefore, the filter element 5 itself is not clogged. The treated water that has passed through the filter element 5 and reached the central space 22 is sequentially discharged from the opening 7 a of the discharge pipe 7. In the process water 15 m 3/24 hours according to the present device, a drainage discharge criteria for general river BOD150~30ppm, COD150~30pp
I was able to pass m.
