[0006] The battery case 1 configured in this way
When the upper cover 3 is inserted into the handle housing 21 when it is mounted on an electric power tool, the locking portions 2 provided on the left and right lower ends of the handle housing 21 face each other.
When the hooks 17, 17 on the side of the battery case 1 come into contact with 2, 22 and are further pushed in, the hook buttons 12 resist the urging force of the leaf springs 18 by the taper formed on the contacting portions between the hooks 12, 17. Each of them swings inward with 16 as a fulcrum, and then the hooks 17 are locked to the locking portions 21, respectively. Therefore, the battery case 1 has the handle housing 21.
Electrode terminal plate 5, which is mounted on
6 is gripped by the terminal fittings 23, 23 to be electrically connected (FIGS. 2 and 4). Then, when the battery case 1 is removed, as shown in FIG. 5, if the fingers are pressed against the finger contact portions 13, 13 of the hook buttons 12, 12 and are pushed inward, the hooks 17, 17 are engaged with the hooks 17, 17 contrary to the above mounting. Although the engagement with the portions 21 and 21 is released, it can be detached from the handle housing 21, but when the hook buttons 12 and 12 are attached to the handle housing 21, the finger contact portions 13 and 13 are moved to the handle housing 21 side. Since it is in an inclined posture in which it moves away from the lower cover 2 as it approaches, it is an operation of gripping and pushing in the finger rest 13 provided with this angle from the lower side of the lower cover 2. It is easy to apply force, and the hook 17 can be easily removed with a small force. In other words, the finger rests 13, 1
It is not necessary to surely apply the fingertip to 3, and the pushing operation can be easily performed even when the finger pad is attached. Further, here, by adopting the leaf spring 18 as the urging means, an outward urging force can be easily obtained by a simple bending process, and the other end portion 18a which is not cut is also attached to the frame portion 9 Since it does not rattle just by inserting it into the lower cover, the structure can be simplified and the cost can be suppressed. In addition, the leaf spring can be attached to the lower cover by bending the lower end of the insertion part as in the past and bending it. There is no need for a device to hold it without rattling. Therefore, the other end portion 18a can be shortened as much as possible, and the position of the bending piece 20 that obtains elasticity can be set relatively to the lower side of the lower cover 2, and the position of the hook button 12, that is, the finger contact portion 13 can be set. By lowering the position, the operability of the pushing operation can be improved. Further, in particular, since the elasticity is obtained by the two pieces of the contact piece 19 and the bent piece 20, a double displacement amount can be obtained with the same external force as compared with a normal single leaf spring. In other words, since the structure is such that the necessary biasing force can be obtained even if it is small, the leaf spring can be compactly formed, and it is in line with the intention to lower the position of the hook button 12 described above.

【0007】尚上記フックボタンの形状や外方への傾斜

The shape of the hook button and the angle of inclination to the outside are not limited to those in the above embodiment, and other means such as a coil spring or the like can be adopted as the biasing means other than the leaf spring.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the hook button is provided in the inclined posture, the hook button can be easily pushed in and the battery case can be removed with good operability. Further, if the biasing means is the leaf spring, the structure is simple and the cost is low, and the position where elasticity is obtained can be set relatively below the battery case, which leads to downsizing. Therefore, the position of the hook button can be set low, and the pushing operation can be performed more easily.
