Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground multipurpose duct for wires which is light in weight and easy to handle and which facilitates draw-out of branch wires. SOLUTION: Wire containing pipes 2 made of resin are attached in an outer case which is made of resin and can be divided into two parts. The wire containing pipe 2 is composed of a hollow flat structure part 5 which has at least one plane parallel with the outer case and bellows-type pipes 6 linked with both the sides of the hollow flat structure part 5. It is preferable that through-holes or thin parts 9 and 10 for drawing out branch wires are provided in the planes of the flat structure part 5 parallel with the outer case and, further, thin parts 4 for drawing out branch wires are also provided in the outer case 1.

2. Description of the Related Art A perforated porcelain tube 30 as shown in FIG. 2 has been conventionally used as the electric wire common groove as described above. The perforated ceramic tube 30 is formed by forming a plurality of electric wire storage holes 32 and through holes 33 for connecting bolts in a ceramic body 31. However, such a conventional perforated porcelain tube 30 is very heavy because it is made of earthenware, and is liable to be broken due to impact, so that it is not easy to handle. Further, since the conventional porous ceramic tube 30 is made of earthenware, it is difficult to perform secondary processing, and there is a problem that a branch line cannot be branched from the middle of the straight tube.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a bellows-shaped pipe is connected to both sides of a hollow planar structure having at least one surface formed by a plane parallel to the outer shell. It is characterized in that the provided electric wire storage tube is attached inside the outer shell which can be divided into two parts. In addition, it is preferable to provide a through hole or a thin portion for drawing a branch line on a plane parallel to the outer contour of the planar structure portion.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is an outer shell made of resin, and 2 is two electric wire storage tubes mounted inside the outer shell 1. The outer shell 1 is preferably made of a resin having a high impact resistance, and the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 2 are arranged above and below the center surface.
It has a box-shaped outer surface that can be divided. Shell 1
Although the outer surface of the is a smooth surface, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 3 are provided inside the rib at predetermined intervals. A portion other than the reinforcing ribs 3 inside the outer shell 1 is a space, which is made lighter in weight due to the fact that the material is resin. Further, on the upper surface and the side surface of the outer shell 1, a thin portion 4 for pulling out a branch line,
4 are provided.

The electric wire housing pipe 2 is preferably made of a flame-retardant resin, and is formed by connecting bellows-shaped pipes 6 on both sides of a central plane structure portion 5. The plane structure portion 5 at the center is a hollow structure body composed of four or more planes including at least a vertical plane 7 and a horizontal plane 8. In FIG. 1, the plane structure section 5 is a tubular body having a square cross section. The vertical surface 7 and the horizontal surface 8 of the planar structure portion 5 have through holes or thin portions 9 and 10 for drawing out branch lines.
Is provided.

In the above description, the branch line is drawn out in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, but it may be drawn out in an oblique direction. In this case, the outer surface is provided with an inclined surface and the outer surface of the plane structure portion 5 is formed. A plane parallel to the inclined surface is formed, and a through hole or a thin portion for drawing a branch line is provided on this plane.

Further, since the bellows-shaped pipes 6, 6 are portions for supporting the accommodated electric wire and the contact with the electric wire is a point contact, the frictional resistance when the electric wire is drawn into the pipeline is reduced. Therefore, it is easy to pull in the electric wire. Further, since the bellows-shaped pipes 6, 6 can be expanded and contracted, even when the dimensions of the resin outer shell 1 change due to a temperature change, the bellows-shaped pipes 6 and 6 can be expanded and contracted to absorb the dimensional change. Flange 11, 11 fixed to the outer shell 1 is provided at both ends of the bellows-shaped pipe 6, 6. In addition, in this example, the number of the electric wire storage tubes 2 is two, but it may be three or more.

The electric wire common groove of the present invention thus constructed is used by being buried in the ground like the conventional perforated porcelain tube 30, but since it is entirely made of resin, It is significantly lighter than the porous ceramic tube 30 and has improved impact resistance. Therefore, it is easy to handle and the workability can be improved.

Further, the electric wire common groove of the present invention is the electric wire storage tube 2
Since both sides of the cable are configured by bellows-shaped pipes 6, 6, it is possible to reduce the frictional resistance when the electric wire is drawn into the pipeline, and also to absorb this when the dimensions of the outer shell 1 change due to temperature change. can do.

Further, since the electric wire housing tube 2 is provided with a hollow planar structure portion 5 constituted by a plane including at least a vertical surface 7 and a horizontal plane 8, the electric wire is branched at this portion to draw a branch line. Can be pulled out upwards or sideways through the through holes or the thin portions 9 and 10. The branch line is easily drawn to the outside by breaking the thin portions 4 and 4 for drawing the branch line of the outer shell 1.

As described above, the electric wire common groove of the present invention is lighter in weight, less prone to cracking, and easier to handle than conventional products. Further, the electric wire can be easily pulled in, and the expansion and contraction of the outer shell due to the temperature change can be absorbed by the bellows-shaped pipe. Furthermore, since it is easy to branch the branch line from the middle and pull it out upward or sideways, there is an advantage that the workability of construction can be greatly improved.
