However, in the structure of the prior art as described above, since the area of the engaging portion is very small and the engaging state is weak, the vigorous shedding motion of the loom exerts a strong vertical force on the coupling device. Is continuously applied, it is very difficult for the engaging portion to be applied, and it becomes difficult to stably maintain the connected state. Moreover, when the wedge-shaped projection is engaged with the side surface of the connecting member as described above,
The vertical force acting on the connecting device due to the opening movement acts in the direction of disengaging the notch and the projection at the engaging portion. For this reason, as the opening moves, the engaging portion constantly vibrates and tends to be disengaged, and the vibration causes wear on the engaging portion, resulting in looseness in the connection of the two connecting members. As a result, the connecting members collide with each other and are damaged, or the connecting members are disconnected to cause an accident such as damage of the heddle frame or warp breakage.

When connecting the heald frame 1 to the push-up member 2 of the opening mechanism, first, with the connecting members 27 and 3 facing each other vertically, as shown in FIG. The moving piece 13 is swung by applying a force against the spring force so that the protrusion 17 on the swinging piece 13 is positioned above the first connecting member 27 so as not to interfere with the mounting. Next, the heddle frame 1 is lowered to a position where the side bottom surface of the first connecting member 27 comes into contact with the stopper, and the second connecting member 3 is fitted into the concave portion of the first connecting member 27 as shown in FIG. It will be in a state of In this state, the circular arc groove 2 of the first connecting member 27 is
Since the center of curvature of 9 and the center of curvature of the projection 17 on the circular arc on the rocking piece 3, that is, the center of rocking, coincide with each other, the circular groove 29 and the projection 17 are aligned with each other. Therefore, when the force acting on the rocking piece 13 is released, the rocking piece 13 rocks in the opposite direction by the spring force of the tension spring 25, and as shown in FIG. 1
7 enters the circular arc groove 29 of the first connecting member 27 and engages with each other, and the connecting members 27 and 3 are in a connected state. Thus, the two connecting members 27 and 3 have the arcuate groove 29 and the projection 1 extending through the swinging piece 13 in the direction intersecting the direction of the vertical opening movement.
Since they are connected by 7, the connecting state between both connecting members 27 and 3 becomes very firm and stable.

When releasing the connected state, the connecting device may be operated in the same procedure as described above. That is, the swinging piece 13 in the state shown in FIG. 6 is swung in the direction against the spring force to obtain the state shown in FIG. As a result, the protrusion 17 on the swing piece 13 and the first connecting member 27 are disengaged, and the first connecting member 27 can be detached from the second connecting member 3, so that the heddle frame 1 is moved upward. By doing so, the connection between both connecting members 27 and 3 is released.

The structure shown in FIG. 12 is almost the same as that shown in FIG. 11, but the operating lever 10 is formed so as to project from the swinging piece 13 on the side opposite to the spring seat 23. Swinging piece 13
If the operating lever 10 is used when swinging, the connection work becomes easy. Further, when such an operating lever 10 is provided, the connecting work can be automated by connecting an appropriate driving mechanism such as an actuator to the operating lever 10. Moreover, when automated in this way, it is possible to mount a plurality of heald frames at once. In this case, since the height of the heddle frame may be different, it is desirable that the operation lever 10 be long.

In each of the embodiments shown above, a protrusion is provided on the swinging piece side of the second connecting member, and an arc groove is provided on the first connecting member side so that they are separated from each other. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, a circular arc groove may be provided on the swinging piece side and a projection may be provided on the first connecting member side to engage with and separate from the arc groove.

Further, the arrangement of the swinging pieces may be reversed. That is, the first connecting member on the heddle frame side is used as one connecting member, and a rocking piece having a protrusion is provided on the first connecting member, and the first connecting member on the push-up member side is used as the other connecting member. The arc groove is formed so as to be engaged with and disengaged from the protrusion. Of course, as in the case described above, the arrangement of the protrusion and the arc groove may be reversed.

In each of the above embodiments, the arcuate projection is formed to have a constant vertical width in the swinging direction, and the circular arc groove is also formed to have a vertical width corresponding thereto. . However, instead of this, by making the vertical width of the arc-shaped projection gradually decrease in the swinging direction, and making the arc groove also the vertical width corresponding to this, the engagement state of both can be improved. It will be solid and stable.

Furthermore, in all of the above embodiments, the projection has an arcuate shape having the same curvature as the arcuate groove, but instead of this, the curvature is the same as that of the arcuate groove and the center of curvature is the same when the two connecting members are fitted. It may be two or more circular or elliptical protrusions arranged on an arc that coincides with the center of curvature of the arc groove.

Further, in all of the above embodiments, the swing of the opening mechanism side is absorbed by the bending of the push-up member.
However, in this case, the lifting member and the coupling device are overloaded, so that an appropriate swinging mechanism may be attached to either the upper or lower end of the coupling device instead. In each of the above embodiments, if the fitting portion of each member is designed to have some play, the push-up member 2 can be allowed to swing within an allowable range of about ± 1.3 degrees. Furthermore, FIG.
It is also possible to provide a slight play for allowing the rocking of the push-up member in the fitting portion of both connecting members as shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the present invention, the area of the engaging portion between the connecting member on the heald frame side and the connecting member on the opening mechanism side can be made large, and the engaging portion can be made up and down. Since it exists in the direction intersecting the direction of the force acting by the opening movement and on the left and right with respect to the center of the arc, even if a vertical force acts on the coupling device due to the opening movement, The escape can be prevented, and this engagement can be stably maintained. Therefore, the connected state of both the connecting members can be maintained in a solid and stable state, whereby the accident such as the damage of the connecting member and the heddle frame and the warp breakage can be effectively prevented.
