Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pressure-bond overlapped faces in a normal state while preventing the dislocation of unit paper after cutting without making a handling device large-sized by temporarily binding continuous paper without lateral perforation for forming unit length, without providing a special temporary binding part. SOLUTION: Continuous paper 1 without lateral perforation for forming unit length is folded in two by folding parts 7, 7a, and while transferring the folded continuous paper 1 by a tractor transfer part 9 using transfer holes 3a, 3b, marginal parts 4a, 4b are cut by a marginal slitting part 10. The folded continuous paper 1 is then cut into unit paper 23 by a cutting edge 15 provided at one cutting drum 13 of a pair of cutting drums 13, 14 of a cutting part. The cut edges are temporarily bound by the pressure at the time of cutting, and pressure is applied to the unit paper 23 by pressure-bonding parts 24, 25, 26, 27 to bond the overlapped faces.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive on at least one side of an overlapping surface to be folded in two or three, and has a marginal portion in which side-by-side transfer holes are provided at equal intervals. The present invention relates to a continuous paper processing apparatus for performing processing such as folding, cutting and removing a marginal portion, cutting a predetermined unit length, and adhering overlapping surfaces on continuous paper.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a processing apparatus of this type has been known, but when pressure is applied to a folded continuous sheet of paper and the stacking surfaces are pressure-bonded, the continuous paper is crushed and expanded during the pressure bonding. In this state, this elongation accumulates to form wrinkles, and due to the accumulation of these wrinkles, the folded and overlapped surface is displaced, and crimping is performed in a state where it is not properly folded and overlapped, resulting in a large amount of defective products. At the same time, a situation occurs in which the transfer of continuous paper is also hindered. In order to prevent such a situation, after cutting it to a predetermined length to make a unit paper, it is sufficient to press the stacking surface, but since the stacking surface is not adhered, the unit paper should be pressed. During the transfer, the superposed surfaces may be misaligned to cause jams, or the misaligned state may cause the inadvertent crimping to result in a defective product.

However, in the structure in which the temporary bonding portion is provided, there is a disadvantage that the processing device becomes large in size due to the addition of the extra structure of the temporary bonding portion. When the continuous paper has a horizontal perforation that forms a unit length, a burster device that cuts by utilizing the difference in transfer speed between the low-speed roller and the high-speed roller is used for the cutting section, so that the low-speed roller temporarily bonds the section. However, if the continuous paper does not have horizontal perforations that form a unit length, the burster device cannot be used for the cutting unit, so the temporary bonding unit is indispensable, and the disadvantage of increasing the size of the processing device It cannot be resolved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a continuous paper processing device that solves this inconvenience.

First, the continuous paper to be processed will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the continuous paper 1 has a folding perforation 2 for folding in two in the center in the width direction, and transfer holes 3a and 3b are provided at equal intervals on both sides in the width direction. It has marginal portions 4a and 4b. Further, the front surface side of the continuous paper 1 which becomes an overlapping surface when folded at the folding perforations 2 is not usually bonded, but can be bonded by applying a predetermined pressure, and can be peeled off after bonding, A pressure-sensitive adhesive 5 capable of printing or printing is applied over the entire surface.

As the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive 5, printing,
A non-peelable adhesive base that is printable and that is pressure-sensitive and cannot be re-peeled once adhered, is blended with a fine particulate filler that has a non-affinity for this adhesive base. It is suitable. The adhesive base may be a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive that has been conventionally used.In particular, natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerizing styrene and methyl methacrylate on natural rubber, It is suitable in terms of blocking resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and the like.

On the other hand, as the finely divided filler, those having a low affinity for the adhesive base, for example, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, kaolin, activated clay, spherical alumina, wheat starch, silica, glass Powder, shirasu balloon and the like are used. These materials are
A single material or a combination of two or more materials may be used, but a combination of silica and another appropriate filler is particularly preferable. Further, when two or more kinds having different particle diameters are combined, the adhesive-coated surface can be easily formed in an uneven shape, so that the peeling performance is improved. The addition of silica has the advantage that the coating film of the adhesive can be strengthened, and the adhesiveness easily adheres to the surface due to its porosity, so that the adhesive force and peeling force can be easily adjusted. Also, even when printing with a non-impact printer method using a printer using silicone oil,
Since the silica absorbs the silicone oil, the adhesive is not stuck by the silicone oil.

The peeling strength of the adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 5 is adjusted by the blending ratio of the above-mentioned fine particulate filler. Further, in addition to the adjustment by the blending ratio of the fine particulate filler, if the pressure-sensitive adhesive 5 is applied in the form of halftone dots, the application thickness is adjusted, or the tint block printing is performed, the peel strength can be adjusted. Adjustment is easier. As a specific example of the pressure sensitive adhesive 5, styrene 2 is added to 100 parts by weight of natural rubber.
To a natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerization of 10 parts by weight of methacrylic acid with 10 parts by weight of a terpene resin-based tackifier, 5 parts by weight of a terpene resin-based tackifier and 20 parts by weight of silica gel having an average particle size of 5 μm were added. Are preferred.

The continuous paper 1 from which the marginal portions 4a and 4b have been cut and removed is further transported, and when it passes between the cut cylinder 13 and the receiving cylinder 14 which rotate in synchronization with this transport speed,
The cutting blade 15 moved by the rotation of the cutting cylinder 13 cuts the pressing cylinder 15 so as to press it against the receiving cylinder 14 to form a postcard-sized unit paper 23. 5 are bonded and provisionally bound.
Therefore, the unit paper 23 will not be displaced in the overlapping surface during the subsequent transfer, and the overlapping surfaces will be reliably and peelably adhered by the pressure bonding rollers 24, 25 and 26, 27 in the regular overlapping state. It becomes a cover-up postcard 30. Then, the created concealed postcards 30 are transferred onto the conveyor stacker 28, guided by the rider rolls 29, and sequentially accumulated on the conveyor stacker 28.

The present invention is not limited to each of the above-described embodiments, and for example, the folding portion is the continuous paper 1.
In addition to the U-shaped fold bar 7 that folds the two in half, a folding guide and a folding claw, it folds in three in a Z shape, or folds the left and right parts in order toward the center on the same side to fold in three. The device may be used, and the two folds may be completely overlapped or partially overlapped. Further, the cutting cylinder 13 of the cutting portion has the shaft supporting members 22a and 22b.
It may be directly supported by the machine body 6 without going through. Further, it goes without saying that the processing target is not limited to the continuous paper 1 for creating the concealed postcard 30.

As is apparent from the above description,
According to the present invention, a continuous sheet without lateral perforations forming a unit length is temporarily bound at the time of cutting it into unit lengths, so that the unit after cutting can be processed without increasing the size of the processing device. It is possible to prevent the misalignment of the overlapping surfaces of the sheets and to press-bond the overlapping surfaces in a normal state.
