【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 軸筒の先端に保持チャックを有した先軸
が固定され、軸筒の先端内孔にテーパー面を有してその
挟圧で芯を把持するチャックと、チャックの後端外周部
に係合してチャックを前後動可能に接続する芯ケースが
リターンスプリングを介して軸筒に対し後方に付勢且つ
抜け止めされて構成されたシャープペンシルに於いて、
前記チャックは、前方外周部が前記軸筒のテーパー面で
挟圧されて芯を把持する第1の芯把持部が軸心部に形成
され、後方外周部に前記芯ケースの先方が嵌挿して、芯
ケースの前進で芯ケースの先端内孔に設けた第1の係合
部で挟圧されて芯を適宜把持する第2の芯把持部が軸心
部に形成されて成り、更にその後方で、前記芯ケースの
第1の係合部の後方に設けた第2の係合部と係合してチ
ャックを前進且つ後退させる係合部が形成されて成るシ
ャープペンシル。
