[Background of the Invention] Conventionally, in the shoe heel heel portion, the rear end portions of the inner limb and the outer limb are abutted or overlapped with each other and fixedly joined by appropriate means, and then the outer side of the heel of the joint is reinforced with heel. The material was covered and piled up, and the piled up part was fixed to form a shoe cover. Then, the heel reinforcing tape material is simply covered with a single layer, and is folded or overlapped with the upper part of the heel part of the heel covered with the upper part of the heel part so as to be separated or projected from the upper part of the heel part and double bonded to the lower part of the heel part There are cases. In the case of the latter heel reinforcement tape material, it has a structure that is free or protruding at the upper end of the heel heel, so it is convenient for picking it with your fingers and putting your foot in the shoe when wearing shoes. there were.

However, when putting on the shoes, the heel reinforcing tape is difficult to pick, the fingers are disengaged from the upper end of the picked heel reinforcing tape, and the fingers are placed in the front and back gaps of the loose upper part of the heel reinforcing tape of the stacking structure. I couldn't insert it easily, so I couldn't always wear it quickly and reliably.

In particular, in the case of athletic shoes for triathlon, it is necessary to wear wet feet quickly and surely, but this requirement has not always been met.
In addition, infants who are inexperienced in wearing shoes do not always satisfy themselves when they request to wear them themselves. Further, in school-aged shoes, which are mainly used for commuting to school, most of them are extremely worn and deficient only in the toes of the shoes as they are worn. One of the causes of the occurrence is that the wearing operation is repeated by kicking the toe part against the ground with the heel part not fitted to the shoe at the time of wearing. Therefore, there is also a problem of durability of use of shoes. Furthermore, since the heel reinforcing tape is double-stacked on the rear end heel part of the scabbard, there is a large step and foot contact during wearing occurs, and slippage and other obstacles are likely to occur. .

[0005] Further, during the production of shoes, due to a significant difference in level between the covering and the heel tape during the formation and fitting of the shoe sole, defective adhesion and unevenness in the finished shoe sole were produced, which was not preferable in terms of quality. Especially in injection-molded shoes, due to the fit between the cover and the side mold, a gap is created from the injection-molded shoe sole forming cavity, which causes burrs due to leakage of the injection-molded shoe sole resin during injection, and the sole itself. Was not filled, which was a cause of defects.

In the shoe of the present invention, in the structure of the heel heel portion, the folded upper end of the heel knob has a loop shape in which the upper end portion is always in an open state, and the heel knob is in a free state with respect to the shoe heel cover. Therefore, when putting on shoes, it may be easy to insert into the loop-shaped opening with the wearer's own finger when putting on the shoes, and it may be easy to pick it. To be done. Further, since the heel heel portion has the concave structure at the upper end portion of the dog ear, the finger can be extremely easily inserted into the loop-shaped opening portion during the wearing operation.

Further, as the loop open state of the heel knob 1, the following constitutions can be considered. A loop is formed so that one surface of the heel knob 1 and the other surface thereof are in the same plane direction, and the lower end portions 12, 13 of the heel knob 1 are fixed to the heel heel portion. At this time, there are two configurations in which the loop opening by the heel pick 1 is positioned in the same direction for both left and right shoes. That is, when the dominant hand is on the right side, it is usual to perform the wearing operation with the right finger of the dominant hand when wearing the heel, as shown in FIG.
It is preferable that both of the left and right shoes have a loop opening direction on the right side and substantially on the back side. When the dominant hand is on the left, the user usually wears it with the left finger of the dominant hand, so as shown in Fig. 2, b), the direction of opening the loop of the heel pick 1 is left and right shoes. It is preferable that both of them are opened substantially on the back side on the left side. in this way,
Whether the wearer is right-handed or left-handed, it can accommodate both situations.

Further, there are two configurations in which the loop-shaped opening formed by the heel knob 1 is positioned in different directions for both the left and right shoes.
That is, when putting on the shoes by inserting fingers into the loop of the heel pick 1 with the right hand of the right shoe and the left hand of the left shoe with the left hand, the direction of the loop opening of the heel pick 1 is set to the right side and the right shoe to the general right back. On the side, the left shoe is preferably open to the left approximately back side. When wearing the right shoe with the left hand and the left shoe with the right hand, the right shoe is inserted with the left finger, so the loop opening direction is on the left approximately back side, and the left shoe is on the right side. Since the insertion is performed with a finger, it is preferable that the opening direction of the loop is open to the right approximately back side. In this way, the left and right shoes can be worn with both hands. The shoe of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned positioning configuration example of the loop opening, and can be appropriately changed according to the type and application of the applied shoe.

Further, since the heel pick has a structure in which the lower end portion fixed to the heel cover is not piled up, there is no extreme unevenness in the heel cover, and the shoe has no foot contact when worn. In addition to providing the above, it is possible to maintain durability due to the dispersion of the tensile stress to the crepe even when the heel picking and pulling operation is repeated.

Further, since the fur coat does not have extreme irregularities, even when the shoe sole is constructed, irregularities of the shoe sole and unbonded portions are less likely to occur, and the sole material for injection molding is injected or injected. It is possible to provide a high-quality shoe that does not cause burrs due to leakage at the time, defects such as defective filling of shoe soles, and the like.
