装置のプログラム著作権を保護するための管理装置において、受信されたプログ
ラム購入要求コマンドに対応するプログラムを該プログラムの使用制限内容とと
もに伝送するプログラム供給源であるベースステーションと、所望のプログラム
購入要求コマンドを伝送し、前記ベースステーションから受信されたプログラム
