PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature pickup with an adhesive pad which can prevent a thermosensitive resistor element from being peeled off a body surface by a simple operation and the thermosensitive resistor element from being peeled off even if a subject such as a young child actively moves. SOLUTION: A lead 20 is attached to a center on a surface of a thermosensitive resistor element 10. The lead 20 is connected to a temperature display 30 for calculating and displaying a temperature from a resistance value of the thermosensitive resistor element. The thermosensitive resistor element 10 is equipped with an adhesive pad 40 whose rear face is an adhesive face to be attached to a body surface so that the pad covers the element. The adhesive pad 40 is formed as a concentric circle larger than the thermosensitive resistor element 10. A circular lead hole 41 is formed at the center of the adhesive pad 40, while a slit 42 connected to the lead hole 41 is formed from the outer periphery of the adhesive pad 40.
