Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply and quickly treat surplus concrete produced during concrete- placing work without occupying a great deal of space. CONSTITUTION: Small sections 5 are formed by removably arranging partition walls 4 lengthwise and crosswise in a boxlike body 1 which is composed of a bottom board 2 and side boards 3 and is disassemblably assembled and of which the upper part is made open, and exciting apparatus 4 for generating mechanical vibration are attached to the body 1. All or some of the bottom board 2, the side boards 3, and the partition walls 11 are vibrated by the exciting apparatus 4, and vibration is applied to surplus concrete 9 which is filled in the small sections 5 and is not allowed to harden. In this way, the surplus concrete 9 is allowed to harden.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional treatment method, a considerable amount of vacant land is required at the construction site, a large amount of manpower is required for the treatment after the solidification of the residual concrete, and the construction site is organized. It was not preferable from the viewpoint of tidying up, and it became a big bottleneck for concrete pouring work. In particular, this is a particularly serious problem at a construction site in an urban area where there is little vacant land for solidifying residual concrete, and the residual residual concrete may have to be brought back from the pouring site to a distant treatment place in an unsolidified state. It was also one of the causes of the cost increase.

According to the present invention, partition walls 4 are vertically and horizontally arranged in a box-shaped main body 1 which is composed of a bottom plate 2 and side plates 3 and which is assembled in a disassembled manner and has an upper opening. A small section 5 is provided, and a vibrating device 4 for generating mechanical vibration is attached to the main body 1, and the vibrating apparatus 4 vibrates all or a part of the bottom plate 2, the side plate 3 and the partition wall 4 to form the small section. By vibrating the unconsolidated residual concrete 9 filled in 5, the residual concrete 9 is solidified so as to solve the above-mentioned problems. By removably attaching the pipe body 16 for spraying water into the small compartment 5, the above problem can be solved even more effectively.

As shown in FIG. 2, the remaining concrete 9 in a fluidized state which has not been solidified is poured into each of the small compartments 5 of the main body 1, and the vibrating device 6 is driven. put. In this state, when the material is left to stand overnight, the residual concrete 9 which was initially in a fluidized state is solidified. After that, when the side plate 3 and the partition wall 4 which are disassembled as shown in FIG. 4 are disassembled, the residual concrete 9 poured into the small compartment 5 can be taken out as a block-shaped solid material 10. . Since this block-shaped solid material 10 is one in which concrete is solidified while applying vibration, it is very brittle and can be easily crushed. Therefore, if the taken-out solid matter 10 is crushed into an appropriate size and transported to the final treatment site by a truck or the like, the treatment of the residual concrete 9 can be carried out easily and quickly. On the other hand, since the main body 1 can be disassembled, if it is disassembled when it is not used, it does not take place, does not hinder concrete pouring work, and can be easily transported between work sites. Furthermore, when the pipe body 16 is attached above the main body 1, by appropriately supplying water to the residual concrete 9 before solidification in the small section 5, rapid solidification of the residual concrete 9 can be suppressed, and solidification can be achieved. By adjusting the time, a more brittle solid material 10 can be obtained.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a box-shaped main body having an open upper side, and a bottom plate 2 and a side plate 3 rising from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 2.
And side plates 3 are detachable. Further, 4 is a partition wall, which is vertically and horizontally arranged in the inner space of the main body 1 in a freely detachable state to form a small section 5. In the figure, 11 is a nut for fixing the side plate 3, and 12 is a bolt. In this embodiment, the side plate 3 is fixed by the bolt / nut, but other fixing means such as a one-touch hook is used. Of course, it is also good.

On the other hand, a vibrating device 6 for generating mechanical vibration is attached to the main body 1 and the partition wall 4. The vibrating device 6 is a device also called a vibrator that uses the action of a motor or an electromagnet to change electric energy into mechanical vibration, and does not necessarily need to be mounted on the entire surface of the main body 1 and the partition wall 4, If it has sufficient power, it may be attached to only part of it. In the figure, 13 is a nut for mounting the vibration device 6, 14 is a switchboard for supplying electric power to the vibration device 6, and 15 is a power supply cable.

Further, the vibrating device 6 used in this embodiment
Has a flat plate shape, but a so-called rod-shaped vibrator including a vibration driving source 7 and a rod-shaped vibrating body 8 extending from the vibration driving source 7 may be used, like the one shown in FIG.
The type of the vibration device 6 does not matter. Further, a pipe body 16 for spraying water into the small compartment 5 is provided above the main body 1 with a stay 17.
Attached to the removal itself. The pipe body 16 is formed by connecting pipes in a comb shape. Each of the pipe bodies 16 is provided with a water spray nozzle 18 directed toward the small section 5, and by opening and closing a valve 19, The amount of water sprayed toward the compartment 5 can be adjusted appropriately.

This embodiment has the structure as described above, and the unconsolidated residual concrete 9 in a fluidized state is poured into each of the small compartments 5 of the main body 1 to drive the vibrating device 6 to drive the residual concrete 9 Leave this while applying vibration to. In this state, when the material is left to stand overnight, the residual concrete 9 which was initially in a fluidized state is solidified. Then, FIG.
By disassembling the side plate 3 and the partition wall 4, which are assembled so as to be freely disassembled as shown in FIG. 5, the residual concrete 9 poured into the small compartment 5 can be taken out as a block-shaped solid material 10. Since the block-shaped solid 10 is solidified while being vibrated, it is very brittle and can be easily crushed.

When the pipe body 16 is provided above the main body 1, by appropriately supplying water to the residual concrete 9 before solidification in the small section 5, the solidification speed of the residual concrete 9 is increased. Can be adjusted to suppress rapid solidification and obtain a more brittle solid material 10. The solid matter 10 taken out can be easily crushed by tapping it with a hammer etc. so that it becomes an appropriate size, and if it is transported to the final treatment site by a truck, etc., the residual concrete 9 can be easily and quickly treated. You can On the other hand, since the main body 1 can be disassembled, if it is disassembled when it is not used, it does not take place, does not hinder concrete pouring work, and can be easily transported between work sites.
