Alternatively, the tube is added to the circular portion of the member having the circular hollow portion, the eccentric member is rotated along the inside of the movable ring-shaped member arranged inside the tube, and the tube is formed by the ring-shaped member. The liquid was squeezed out by applying pressure in sequence.

The tube is pulled and deformed, and the discharge amount changes, or the tube deteriorates and the durability decreases. Even when the tube is formed in a ring shape and the inside of the tube is indirectly compressed through the ring-shaped member, the tube is pulled in the direction in which it is compressed. Similar changes in the discharge amount and deterioration of the tube occur.

Inside the tube, a member having a movable arc using a material that is less rubbed than the rubber-like viscoelastic member is arranged, and the rotating body is rotated along the inside of the member having the arc, The liquid is squeezed by sequentially pressing the tube with a member having an arc.

There is no slippage between the cavities, so the tube remains stationary. On the other hand, the inner side of the tube is in contact with a member that is less rubbed than the peripheral portion of the cavity, so that the tube is easily slipped between the member having the arc and the tube is difficult to move. Therefore, by appropriately selecting the friction coefficient of each of the rubber-like viscoelastic member and the member having the arc, it is possible to prevent the tube from being pulled by the arc motion of the member having the arc.

例FIG. 1 will be described. (B) U-shaped cavity 1 of substrate 2 having U-shaped cavity 1
The rubber-like viscoelastic member 3 is attached in a U shape. (B) The tube 4 is arranged along with the viscoelastic member 3. (C) An arc member 5 made of a material having a smaller friction coefficient than the viscoelastic member 3 is arranged inside the tube 4. (D) The circular arc member 5 is provided with a support hole 6 at a substantially central portion. (E) The arc member 5 is movably attached to the support shaft 7 fixed to the substrate 2 via the support hole 6. (F) The eccentric shaft 8 which is rotated by a motor (not shown) is arranged inside the arc member 5. (G) The check valve 10 is attached to the discharge part 9 of the tube 4. As described above, because of the configurations shown in (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g), the arc member 5 is rotated by the eccentric shaft 8 in the direction of the arrow. The circular movement is caused with the fulcrum as a fulcrum, the tube 4 is sequentially pressed, and the liquid in the tube 4 is squeezed out toward the discharge portion 9. Since the check valve 10 is provided, the liquid does not flow backward even when the eccentric shaft 8 is not in contact with the arc member 5. Next Example

い。In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the tube 4 is formed in a coil shape for downsizing, and the viscoelastic member 3 is integrated with the substrate 2 to form a viscoelastic substrate 12. With the above configuration, the tube 4 moves because the outside of the tube 4 is pressed in the diametrical direction of the U-shaped cavity 1 or the circular cavity 11 made of a rubber-like viscoelastic material with large abrasion. Difficult,
Further, since the circular arc member 5 or the ring member 13 that moves in a circular arc is made of a material having less friction than the U-shaped cavity portion 1 or the circular cavity portion 11, the tube 4 is the circular arc member 5 or the circular member member 13. It is difficult for the tube 4 to move following the movement, so that the tube 4 is stably held without being pulled in one direction. Moreover, since the portion where the tube 4 is pressed is a rubber-like viscoelastic material, an unreasonable force is not applied to the tube 4.

Further, if the elasticity of the rubber-like viscoelastic member is properly selected, the force for crushing the tube is not applied, so that the deterioration of the tube can be prevented and the durability can be improved.
