る。従来木造住宅の土台となる布基礎工法は特に阪神大
震災以後家屋の倒壊を阻止する精密、かつ堅固な土台基
礎工法の必要性が見直されている。布基礎は従来基礎型
枠(仮枠)内にコンクリート基礎を打設する際コンクリ
ートの天端(上面)を水平、均一に均す必要があるので
型枠にレベル器材で先づレベルラインを設定し、そのレ
ベルラインに沿って水糸等を対設した両型枠間に張設し
水糸を基礎天端の上面とするコンクリートを打設する工
法が採用されてきたが、水糸の取扱いにある程度の熟練
が必要であり、又作業中に張設し水糸が引掛ったり、コ
ンクリートの水分を吸収して弛んだりもしくは天端の端
面が盛り上って均一性を害する難点があり、これを解消
する手段として上述した出願人の先願考案や、実開平4
ー第107348号、実開平4ー第79142号、実開
平2ー第116537号、同実開平1ー第945385
号、同実開昭63ー第1275538号等の木造住宅布
基礎の天端用具が提案されている。しかしいづれも螺棒
やネジ具の使用を伴いコンクリートが螺溝に附着固結し
て調整作業や、用具の再利用ができない等の問題があり
施工精度と共に施工能率を妨げ又施工コストの面で基礎
工法の省力化とコストの低減に改善を必要とする問題が

上面を水平に形成した長方形の水平板及び、その一側を
直角方向に垂設した取付板とよりなる略逆L形金属製調
整具と、前記調整具の取付板に止着部に磁着する仮止用
磁性体と、型枠に仮止磁着した水平出し調整具間に緊張
固定する突張り固定具とよりなり、突張り固定具は強質
弾性の金属線、帯状金属板、もしくは強質弾性の合成樹
脂材よりなる水平出し調整装具を要旨とするものであ

【実施例】以下本発明の実施例を図示説明する。図1は
建物の土台となる基礎を型枠(仮枠)内に施工する水平
出し工法の実施斜視図で、図2はその施工に利用する水
平出し調整装具の一部省略正面図である。建物基礎は地
面に対設した型枠(仮枠)1、1′間に施工するが、コ
ンクリート基礎2の施工は型枠の内側面に基礎天端(上
面)のレベルライン(標準線)3をレベル器により設定
し、そのレベルラインに沿って本発明の水平出し調整具
10、10′をレベルライン3方向に取着固定する。基
礎天端の水平出し調整具10は図2に示すように全体を
逆L形の金属板に構成し、上面を水平に形成した水平板
4を設け、水平板の一側端縁より直交方向に取付板6を
垂下し水平板と一体に構成し、略逆L形に形成した金属
調整板である。5は折曲片である。7は取付板の外側に
形成した止着部で実施例では凹状部であるが他の止着形
状でもよい。8は止着部7の凹状部に接して設けた凹溝
で、6′は取付板の止着性を昂めるために下端縁の上方
に折曲した折曲片である。取付板6の止着部7の凹状部
には仮止用磁性体11を磁着する。型枠1が図4に示す
金属板の場合は水平出し調整具の取付板6に磁着した仮
止用磁性体11は金属型枠の場合型枠1にそのまゝ仮止
止着するが(図4)、図1の木製型枠の場合は型枠1に
釘等を打ち込んで取付板の磁性体に磁着させて水平出し
調整具を仮止する。(図示省略)磁性体による仮止は水
平出し調整具の調整は自在であるが型枠へのコンクリー
ト打設時にずれ動きし水平出し調整具の設定が狂って水
平出し工法の正確性が損われる場合を考慮し、型枠両サ
イドの調整具の取付板に設けた凹溝8、8′間に突張り
固定具12を緊張固定する。突張り固定具は強質弾性の
ピアノ線等の耐蝕金属線、耐蝕処理した帯状鋼鉄板、も
しくは強化プラスチック材で構成した強質弾性の合成樹
脂板でもよい。突張り固定具の先端は鋭角に形成し、凹
溝8、8′間に強制係止するように弧状に突張って緊張
固定する。13は折曲部で調整具のコンクリート内への

間の上面9は鏝で均一に均す。突張り具は打設コンクリ
ート内に埋設し基礎の長さ方向に約0.5m間隔に取付
け鉄筋として補強作用を果す。図3は施工完成後型枠、
磁性体を取外したコンクリート基礎の一部斜視図で磁性
体は型枠と共に再利用する。図4は金属型枠による施工
法を示す一部斜視図である。なお水平出し調整装具の形

び硬度性と強度性が形成されコンクリート基礎の両角部
の形崩れによる損壊を阻止し、調整具へのコンクリート
の密着性を昂め、土台基礎の補強と共に天端上面の精密
性の確保による住宅建築の強度性、耐用性に極めて有効
な施工法を提供するものである。又水平出し調整具に仮
止した磁性体による施工は1人作業を容易にし、作業の
省力化を促進する利点がある。又コンクリート乾燥固結
後仮枠と共に基礎より取外し再使用するので施工材の利
用と施工費の軽減に役立つ効用がある。以上本発明は建
物等基礎天端(上面)水平出し施工において水平出し調
整装具と共に従来技術と比較し水平出し技術の精度が確
保されると共に施工作業の省力化、施工コストの低減に
