Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate polyethylene bags dedicated to refuse by classifying combustible refuse and incombustible refuse selectively by tilting an open part selecting door to either side. SOLUTION: A cylindrical container of which bottom surface 5 is positioned in parallel with the outer edge part 6 of an open container main body, and its partition 2 to divide the container into two refuse tanks 4a and 4b is raised from the bottom surface 5 at a right angle relative to the longitudinal direction of a slightly flat surface shape. Also an open part selecting door 3 for selecting either of the two refuse tanks 4a and 4b is fixed by a hinge structure to form integrally or in combination with the other parts so that it is positioned below the outer edge part 6 of the container body. Thus it becomes unnecessary to classify refuse using polyethylene bags dedicated to refuse, thereby bringing easiness of refuse collection, and economy.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been various kinds of garbage containers for separately storing garbage that can be burned and those that cannot be burned, but roughly divided into three. One is that the container is simply divided into multiple chambers, and each bag is filled with a plastic bag to separate and store the waste, and only the plastic bag is taken out. This is a structure in which one or more child containers having such a structure are put in to separately store dust, and the child containers or the plastic bags are taken out separately, and both the former and the latter have a lid. These include single lid or multiple lid constructions. In addition, some of them open the lid when you step on the pedal. The third type is an independent trash can that can be connected and removed vertically or horizontally, and is often large. Of course, there may be casters and the like.

As described in the prior art, the garbage containers that can be sorted can be roughly classified into three types. However, most of these are large, and at most one home or small office, there was no need to install them anywhere in each room. In other words, they can be said to function as the final disposal site for household and office waste. This is exactly the problem to be solved by the present invention. Although there is a large size trash can, there is almost no personal trash can. Taking households as an example, it is understandable that the place where waste is generated is concentrated in the kitchen and living room, so it is understandable that the place where waste is centrally segregated and controlled is close to it, but apart from a large amount, For example, in other places, for example, in a washroom, various kinds of waste such as disposable razors, toothbrushes, containers for cosmetics, etc. are generated in addition to paper dust, and dust that needs to be separated can also be generated from each private room. For example, cans of drinking water, stationery items such as ballpoint pens that have become unusable, containers for cup noodles, and used batteries. In reality, due to space limitations, there are many cases where one scrap is used. I take it into a large-sized waste bin, sort it, and throw it away, but the act of putting my hand in the waste bin is psychologically unpleasant. The same is true in the office. In view of such circumstances, the present invention, if at home, one in each of the washroom and each room,
In an office, the purpose is to provide a relatively small and convenient waste container that can be installed on the side of each desk, and a simple structure that does not require a dedicated plastic bag.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a sorting garbage container according to the present invention has a cylindrical shape in which a bottom surface and an outer edge portion of the container body are parallel to each other, and when viewed from directly above the container body, An approximately rectangular shape is desirable. In terms of design, it may be oval. A partition for dividing the container into two tanks is provided so as to rise from the bottom, and is configured so that it is perpendicular to the longer side of the generally rectangular shape. In this case, the partition wall must be lower than the outer edge of the container body. Specifically, the length from the outer edge of the container body to the upper end of the partition wall is set to about 1/4 of the long side of the generally rectangular guideline. Moreover, an opening selection door for selecting one of the garbage tanks is locked to the upper part of the partition wall by a hinge structure. This door for opening selection rotates to the left and right to serve as one of the lids, but all or part of the door edge must be slightly separated from the outer edge of the container body so that it can be easily operated by hand. It is desirable to get out. Various materials may be selected as the material of the container body. For example, the resin may be integrally molded, or a metal plate or a metal mesh plate may be pressed or bent. Alternatively, a product obtained by bending plywood can express a high-class feeling. Since various materials can be selected in this way, the method of providing the partition wall and the method of the hinge may be selected accordingly. Also, the material of the door for selecting the opening can be selected in the same way as the above in terms of design, and the optimum hinge system can be selected in accordance with it. Further, the burnable dust and the non-burnable dust may be displayed on the front and back sides of the opening selection door by characters, symbols, or colors. Further, from the viewpoint of distribution cost and product management, it is desirable to have a taper structure in which the container body can be separated from the partition wall and the opening selection door, and in particular, the bulky container body can be stacked. To effectively expand the range of use such as for office steel desks,
A magnet with a magnet attached to the container body is also desirable, and a picture with a character or the like is also preferable for children.

The separating bin according to the present invention, which has been devised as described above, is divided into two tanks, so that it can be stored separately as burnable dust and non-burnable dust, but the opening selection door can be tilted to either side. You can select it. However, the opening selection door has two original functions, and one of them is the function of the lid so that the dust in the two tanks does not come out at the same time when the dust is discharged. The other is that if the partition is divided into two tanks, each opening will naturally become smaller, which will hinder use, but for opening selection that is locked by a hinge to the low partition located in the center. Due to the inclined surface formed by the door, the dust receiving area becomes larger than each single opening, and the dust can be easily introduced. That is, the inclined surface formed by the opening selection door functions as a hopper. In addition, the front and back sides of the door for selecting an opening make it easy to distinguish the burnable dust from the non-burnable dust. Further, if the bulky container body is tapered and the partition wall and the opening selection door are separated, stacking can be performed.

5 to 7, the container body 1 is formed by pressing or bending a metal plate, a metal mesh plate, a resin plate, or a thin plate material such as a plywood, and joining them with an adhesive or welding. To be In detail, in FIG. 5, partition wall guide rails 8 are joined to the center of both inner side surfaces of the container body 1 by an adhesive or welding so as to stand vertically in contact with the bottom surface 5. The partition guide rail 8 is formed by bending a metal having a substantially U-shaped cross section or hard chloride in order to accommodate another component such as a partition 2 and an opening selection door 3 described later. It is similarly formed by extrusion molding using plastic such as vinyl resin. Although it is a separate component composed of the partition wall 2 and the opening selection door 3, it may be a so-called PP hinge integrally molded with polypropylene resin. Further, in FIG. 8, the container body is configured to be stackable in order to reduce transportation and storage costs at the distribution stage. The stackable container main body 22 has a large taper so that the bottoms of the container main body can be inserted into each other and stacked, and is formed by injection molding using polypropylene resin or the like. In addition, the structure for fixing and holding is integrally formed, and the handle 27a is provided on the outer edge portion 6 of the container body.
27b is formed at the same time so as to project to the outside. More specifically, first, the fixing pin guide grooves 23a and 23b are fixed downward from the half position in the longitudinal direction of the outer edge portion 6 of the container body toward the bottom surface 5 when the stackable container body 22 is viewed from directly above. It is formed so as to reach the pin receiving holes 29a and 29b. In this case, the depth of the groove is set to about one third of the average thickness of the container body 22 that can be stacked. Then, in order to guide and hold and fix the partition wall 2 that divides the inside of the container into two parts, the approximate L formed by contacting the bottom surface 5 and the container inner wall 30.
In the letter-shaped portion, the partition wall holding portion 2 composed of two substantially triangular plates
8a and 28b are integrally formed at the same time. Further, the partition wall 2 and the opening selection door 3 which are separate components are both formed of polypropylene resin by injection molding. Both of these are plate-shaped with a substantially rectangular shape and a thickness of about 3 mm, and each have a hinge structure part 31a, 31b, 31c having a substantially cylindrical shape on one of the short sides. More specifically, the hinge structure portions 31 a, 31 of the partition wall 2
b are fixing pins 24 for fixing to the stackable container body 22 at one of both corners of the short side of the generally rectangular shape.
a and 24b and hinge pin receiving portions 9a and 9b are integrally formed with slit-shaped notches 26e and 26f interposed therebetween. The hinge structures 31a and 31b and the later-described 3
1c has a substantially cylindrical shape as described above, but the diameter of the substantially cylindrical shape is 6 to 7 mm, and the fixing pins 24a and 24b have a diameter of 3 mm.
It is desirable that the length is about 4 mm and the length is about 2 to 2.5 mm. It is desirable that the holes of the hinge pin receiving portions 9a and 9b are made larger by 0.7 to 1 mm than the diameter dimension of the hinge pins 25a and 25b integrally molded as described later. Further, the opening selection door 3 has a generally cylindrical hinge structure portion 31c integrally formed at one central portion of one of the short sides of the generally rectangular shape. This portion is fitted and locked with the hinge structure portions 31a and 31b of the partition wall 2. Further, hinge pins 25a, 25b and slit-shaped notches 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d, which are integrally formed, are formed at both ends of the hinge structure 31c.
However, the diameter of the hinge pins 25a and 25b is 3
The length is preferably about 4 mm and the length is preferably about 2 mm. The slit-shaped notches 26a, 26b, 26b, 26
The width of c and 26d is 1-2 mm, and the depth of cut is 13-
15 mm is desirable. In addition, the width of the integrally formed hinge pins 25a and 25b sandwiched between the notches is 3.5 m.
About m to 4 mm is desirable. These structures are formed so that they can be easily fitted and locked without using screws, hinge pins, tools or the like, and therefore a design ingenuity is required in consideration of strength and durability.

In the waste container according to claim 1,
By tilting the opening selection door 3 to either side, it can be sorted and stored separately into burnable garbage and non-burnable garbage.
This door has two other important functions. One is the function of the lid to prevent two tanks from being discharged at the same time. As shown in FIG. 3, if this door is tilted to the side of the trash tank to be discharged, held by hand, and then inverted, it can be easily separated. Therefore, there is no need to separate and store it in a special bag, which is convenient and economical. On the other hand, if the partition wall is simply divided into two tanks, each opening will naturally be small, which will cause problems in use, but since the inclined surface formed by the opening selection door functions as a hopper. It has an opening area for almost two tanks, making it easy to throw in dust. Further, since the structure is relatively simple, it can be provided to consumers at a low price. This has the great effect of preventing the separation and the like of the waste separately by changing it into individual details, such as individual units, room units, and office units. It also helps children's environmental education. In the waste sorting container according to the second aspect of the invention, the stacking function is useful because the cost for distribution and product management can be significantly reduced, and the number of packaging materials can be reduced. Further, in the sorting garbage container according to the third aspect, this display has a great effect of preventing the sorting omission and also helps the children in environmental education.
