し、ランナー(4)、スプルー(3)に連係する。ノズ
ル(7)から射出される定量の材料はスプルー・ランナ
ーゲートを経てキャビティ(6)に射出される。(第一
次射出) 続いて中心線より右側に於いて、油圧シリンダーを下方
に作動させる事によりゲート部の材料をキャビティに圧
入し、同時に小ピストンはゲートを閉塞すると共に端末
は製品面を形成し射出は完了する。(第二次射出) この場合スプルー・ランナーを内蔵する金型の部分はゴ
ムの場合はコールド・ランナー、樹脂の場合はホット・
ランナーの構造とする事により、この部分の材料は次の
成形材料として使用出来るので歩留まり100%を達成
出来る。併せてゲート部は無くなり、ゲート切断等の後

ナー、樹脂成形にはホットランナーを併用しスプルー・
ランナー・ゲートに依る材料の無駄を排除し、成形歩留
まり100%を達成させることを特徴とするゴム又は樹
