2. Description of the Related Art On a rainy day, when walking along a night road with an umbrella, the field of view may be narrowed by the umbrella, which makes it difficult to see the surroundings, and it may be very dangerous that an automobile or the like does not notice the approach. Especially when the wind is blowing from the front, it is inevitable that the umbrella is tilted forward, and the oncoming vehicle cannot be seen, which is very dangerous. Also on the car side, on a rainy day, the visibility is bad and the windshield is cloudy, the front is not clearly visible, especially if the pedestrian holding an umbrella wears a dark umbrella in a dark clothes Not easy and very dangerous. Therefore, in the past, there has been a technique in which a light bulb is attached to the handle of an umbrella and the light emitted from the bulb makes it visible.
(Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-296510, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-13214) However, the light is a narrow portion, and the light is weak and difficult to see from a long distance, and the light is hidden depending on the tilt of the umbrella, and the visual Sometimes you can't. There are also umbrellas with reflective tape attached, but the headlights of the car are facing downwards, and the umbrella is illuminated very close to it, so it was not very effective in terms of safety.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION By mounting and mounting the light-emitting device for an umbrella of the present invention on a conventional umbrella, since the light-emitting portion of the umbrella emits linearly in a radial shape, it is far from a known luminous umbrella. However, it is easy to see, and even if the umbrella is tilted, the light-emitting linear part is not hidden by the umbrella sheet, so it is always visible. In addition, the light-transmissive member made of a fluorescent member emits light with greater brightness and can be easily visually recognized even from a distance.
Further, the configuration in which the light emitting means is made to blink can prompt the attention. Also in terms of efficiency,
Since the light of the light emitting means can be condensed and projected on the light transmissive member, the light projecting efficiency is very good as compared with the conventional light of a light bulb diffused in all directions. Further, the present invention can be mounted on an umbrella as a replacement and can be used for a longer period than the replacement life of one umbrella according to the present invention. In the present invention having the above-mentioned effects, it is possible to drastically reduce the number of automobile accidents that have conventionally occurred because the front side is not clearly visible on a rainy day. It also has the effect of visually appealing the aesthetic sense.
