An end surface 3d of the connecting portion 3c of the male terminal 3 is pressed against the end surface 2d of the receiving portion 2c of the female terminal 2, and the receiving portion 2c and the inner surface of the spacer 4 are pressed against the outer peripheral surface to electrically connect. Then, the taper pin 6 fixes the receiving portion 2c so as not to deviate in the axial direction. Thereby, the female terminal 2 and the male terminal 3 are electrically and satisfactorily connected mechanically. The male terminal 3 can be connected from the side of the female terminal 2, so that it can be easily connected even in a place where the space in the axial direction is small. Further, the cable size becomes large, and accordingly, the connection terminal becomes heavy, and even if the rigidity becomes strong, the connection work can be easily performed. When the connection between the female terminal 2 and the male terminal 3 is released, the operation opposite to the above may be performed.
