In such a prior art fixing device for the annular conductive terminal, the annular conductive terminal T is structurally constructed.
It often happens that the terminal fixing screw 10 is dropped when the terminal fixing screw 10 is attached to or removed from the receiving terminal portion 3. Further, the annular conductive terminal T cannot be removed unless all the terminal fixing screws 10 are removed. An object of the fixing device for an annular conductive terminal of the present invention is to eliminate these problems, and it is very easy to attach the annular conductive terminal to the receiving terminal portion or remove it from the receiving terminal portion. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a fixing device for a ring-shaped conductive terminal that can be used for the above.

Next, a procedure for fixing the annular conductive terminal T connected to the tip of the cable C to the receiving terminal portion 3A by using the terminal block 1A which is the fixing device for the annular conductive terminal of the present invention will be described. First, in a state where the terminal fixing screw 10 is lifted upward with fingers or the like, a sufficient space is provided and held between the lower end tip portion of the male screw body 11 and the conductive plate 5 fixed to the bottom portion 6, and in this state The annular conductive terminal T is placed on the conductive plate 5 from the side of the lower opening of the terminal 3A. In this case, the hole 5A of the conductive plate 5 and the hole H of the annular conductive terminal T are matched. And the terminal fixing screw 10 that had been lifted
Lower end of the male screw body 11 is passed through the hole H of the annular conductive terminal T and the hole 5A of the conductive plate 5, and is screwed into the female screw 6A formed on the bottom 6 several times with fingers or a screwdriver. Then, use a screwdriver to screw it into the female screw 6A. Then, the annular conductive terminal T can be pressed and fixed to the conductive plate 5 by the terminal pressing plate 13. Therefore, the terminal pressing plate 13 and the terminal fixing screw 1
The ring-shaped conductive terminal T can be electrically connected to the conductive plate 5 through 0 (FIG. 2).

Next, the case where the annular conductive terminal T is received and removed from the terminal portion 3A in such a fixed and connected state will be described with reference to FIG. First, the terminal fixing screw 10 is screwed and loosened by using a screwdriver, and the lower end portion of the male screw body 11 is pulled out from the female screw 6A. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the terminal fixing screw 10 can be manually lifted above the arrow until the terminal pressing plate 13 comes into contact with the removal prevention plate 20. In this way, if the lower tip of the male screw body 11 is sufficiently floated from the conductive plate 5,
The lower tip portion and the conductive plate 5 open, and the fixed annular conductive terminal T can be removed from the side below the opening in between. In this case, the terminal fixing screw 1
0 is held by the slip-out prevention plate 20 and the terminal pressing plate 13, and is received from the receiving terminal portion 3A and the terminal block 1A of the present invention.

When the terminal pressing plate 13 is attached to the male screw body 11 with dimensions satisfying the above relational expressions, when five annular conductive terminals T are stacked and connected and fixed to the terminal block 1B, FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the screw head 12 of the terminal fixing screw 10 does not float above the upper surface of the slip-out prevention plate 20, and as shown in FIG.
It is possible to tighten with the lower surface of the 0 screw head 12 in contact with the upper surface of the slip-off prevention plate 20.

Further, the male screw body 11 of the terminal fixing screw 10
Thickness of the annular conductive terminal T of which the lower tip end is two from the bottom
When it is moved upward by f, the upper surface of the terminal pressing plate 13 comes into contact with the lower surface of the slip-out prevention plate 20 and stops as shown in FIG. 7, so that the terminal fixing screw 10 can be prevented from slipping out. Then, the lowest annular conductive terminal T can be removed from the gap opened at the lower tip of the male screw body 11.
If the individual annular conductive terminals T are removed, the annular conductive terminals T present thereon drop, and the dropped annular conductive terminals T can be sequentially removed.

As described above, the height position of the terminal pressing plate 13 in the male screw body 11 can be determined according to the number of the annular conductive terminals T to be stacked, connected and fixed. Therefore, if the height position can be determined, the height position may be fixed to the male screw body 11 by means such as welding, caulking, or adhesion. As described above, the terminal pressing plate 13 is previously screwed to the male screw body 11. It may be turned to stop at a predetermined height position and remain in a semi-fixed state. In the latter case, there is an advantage that fine adjustment can be performed when the number of the annular conductive terminals T is increased or decreased later.

In general, in the case of stacking and connecting and fixing N annular conductive terminals T, the numeral "5" in the formula [1] may be replaced with "N". However, N is a positive integer of 2 or more. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the power supply terminal has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this power supply terminal. Further, although the description has been given taking only one receiving terminal portion 3A, the present invention can be applied not only to one receiving terminal portion 3A but also to a terminal block provided with a plurality of receiving terminal portions 3A. .

As described above, according to the fixing device for the annular conductive terminal of the present invention, since the terminal fixing screw is incorporated in the terminal block, the annular conductive terminal can be easily received in the terminal portion. It can be attached, and conversely, the annular conductive terminal can be easily removed from the terminal portion. Above all, the terminal fixing screws, which are likely to occur during these operations, and the resulting loss of the terminal fixing screws are eliminated, and the work can be performed efficiently.
