Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a door to a refrigerator and stabilize the state in which the door is attached so as to make the door durable for use for a long time. SOLUTION: Through one of leg-attaching plates 7 fixed to a refrigerator body 1 and on the left and the right in the lower front part an insertion hole to pass a screw part of a leg body 4 through is provided. To the upper part of the insertion hole a hinge pin 12 on which a door 3 pivots and is opened and closed freely is fixed. Inside the hinge pin 12 a screw hole corresponding to the screwed part of the leg body 4 is provided. A lower-part lid body 6 covering the bottom part of the door 3 has on one side of the lower part a bottomed, cylindrical hollow 13 in which the hinge pin on the door-pivoting side is held and on the lower part of the other side a holding part which holds the other hinge pin in between when the door 3 is closed. This constitution makes it simple to attach the door 3 and, since the door 3 is pivoted above the leg body 4, stabilizes the state in which the door 3 is attached.

ネジ部8と脚体取付板22に設けられたネジ孔の作用に
より行われるようになっている。

充填される発泡断熱材と、扉内面板の後方周縁部に取付
けられるガスケット等により構成され、上下一側が冷蔵
庫本体1側に設けられたヒンジとその先端部に設けられ
たヒンジピンにより開閉自在に枢支されるが、本実施例
では扉3の下部を図2に示すような部品構成により枢支
するようにした。

の凹部13が設けられ、他側底面には扉3を閉じたとき
他方のヒンジピンを挟持する挟持部14が設けられてい
る。図3は以上説明したような部品からなる冷蔵庫の前
方下部を表したもので、このような構成であれば扉3の
取付等が簡素化される。なお、図2に示す部品構成では
脚体取付板7に挿通孔9を設け、ヒンジピン12側にネ
ジ穴10を設けているが、これに限定するものではな
く、脚体取付板7に脚体4のネジ部8に対応するネジ孔
を設け、ヒンジピン13側にネジ部8を収容する有底円
筒状の凹部を設けた構成であってもよい。
