Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor, for a motor, which prevents a vibration and a noise from being transmitted, specifically, regarding the mounting structure of a rotor core onto a shaft. SOLUTION: A plurality of nearly U-shaped grooves 2b are formed radially along the axial direction on the inner circumferential wall of an insertion and passage hole 2a formed in the center of a rotor core 2. Nearly U-shaped notches 3a whose length is shorter than that of the grooves 2b are formed in the axial direction on the outer circumferential part of a shaft 3. Nearly sheetlike tangential stoppers 4 whose thickness wt is nearly identical to the width (w) of the notches 3a, whose length is nearly identical to that of the notches 3a and whose width dt is nearly identical to the sum of the width (d) of the notches 3a and the depth ds of the grooves are installed. Ends on one side are fitted into the notches 3a, the shaft 3 is inserted into, and passed through, the insertion and passage hole 2a, ends on the other side are inserted into the grooves 2b, shock- absorbing members are interposed and mounted on both sides, E-rings are fitted, and the rotor core 2 is attached so as to be freely slidable along the axial direction of the shaft 3.

In this case, a vibration damping member such as a spring or a seat is mounted between the bearing and the bracket for vibration damping, but no vibration damping member is interposed between the rotor core and the rotating shaft. There is a problem in that vibration in the thrust direction of the rotor may be transmitted to the blades of the fan via the rotary shaft to generate noise, without being mounted.

As described above, according to the present invention, one side of the tangential stopper is fitted into the notch of the rotary shaft while the other side is fitted when the rotor core and the rotary shaft of the electric motor are mounted. The rotor shaft is inserted into the groove of the rotor core, the rotary shaft is slidably attached along the axial direction of the rotor core, and the length of the groove and the tangential stopper that determine the sliding distance is set in the longitudinal direction. Since the gap is formed to have almost the same amplitude as the maximum amplitude of thrust vibration when the rotor rotates, it is possible to provide the rotor of the electric motor in which the transmission of vibration and noise is prevented.

E-ring mounting grooves are formed at intervals that are longer than the axial length of the rotor core, and have a thickness substantially the same as the width of the notch, a length substantially the same as the length of the notch, and A substantially plate-shaped tangential stopper having substantially the same width as the sum of the depth of the notch and the depth of the groove is provided, and one side thereof is fitted into the notch and the rotary shaft is inserted through the insertion hole,
The other side is inserted into the groove, and thereafter, cushioning members are provided on both sides of the rotor core, and the E ring is fitted into the mounting groove of the E ring, whereby the rotor core is fixed to the shaft of the rotating shaft. A rotor for an electric motor, which is mounted so as to be slidable along a direction.

2. A rotor of an electric motor, wherein a rotary shaft is attached to an insertion hole formed in the center of a rotor core, wherein a plurality of substantially U-shaped grooves are formed on an inner peripheral wall of the insertion hole along an axial direction. Radially formed, and in the axial direction of the outer peripheral portion of the rotating shaft, a substantially U-shaped notch having substantially the same length as the length of the groove is formed on the rotating shaft, and rotation not forming the notch. The outer diameter of both ends of the shaft is formed to be narrower than the bottom position of the cutout, and is longer than the axial length of the rotor core in the circumferential direction at the positions sandwiching the longitudinal direction of the cutout of the rotary shaft. Forming mounting grooves for the E-rings at intervals, with a thickness that is approximately the same as the width of the groove, a length that is shorter than the length of the groove, and a width that is approximately the same as the sum of the depth of the groove and the depth of the notch. Provide a substantially plate-shaped tangential stopper, and insert one side into the center of the groove of the insertion hole. Inserting the other side into the notch and inserting the rotary shaft through the insertion hole, and then inserting cushioning members on both sides of the rotor core, and inserting the E ring into the mounting groove of the E ring. Thus, the rotor of the electric motor, wherein the rotating shaft is slidably attached along the axial direction of the rotor core.
