Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cutting hardly widened even if a coaxial cable in the rear side is lifted up at the time when a connector is fitted with a counterpart connector and improve the fitting strength by forming the cutting in the front end part of a cylindrical outside terminal part. SOLUTION: A case to be connected with an outside conductor of a transverse coaxial cable 100 and at the same time to surround and hold an insulating body 20 is divided into an inside case 30 and an outside case 50. In the inside case 30, a vertical cylindrical outside terminal part 31, insulator holding parts 36, 36, a joining plate part 42, and outside conductor pressure connecting piece parts 44, 44 are unitedly formed and the terminal part 31 has a cutting 32 in the front end part, the parts 36, 36 are projected upward from the upper end parts in both sides of the outside terminal part 31, the plate part 42 is projected backward from the rear side upper end part of the outside terminal part 31, and the parts 44, 44 are projected upward from end parts in both sides of the joining plate part 42. Also, in the outside case 50, a side plate part 51 and an upper plate part 56 are unitedly formed and the part 51 surrounds the outer parts of the insulator holding parts 36, 36 and the part 56 covers the upper sides of the inside aperture parts of the insulator holding parts 36, 36.
