Claims (12)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 締付け用の頭体部と、該締付け用頭体部
に連接されて締結ねじ部となる締結本体部と、該締結本
体部に連接されてタッピングねじ部となり、且つ先端側
にタッピング導入部を形成したタッピング本体部とを備
え、 前記タッピング本体部には、前記タッピング導入部側か
ら所定のリード角、及びピッチ間隔で雄ねじ形状に形成
されてタッピング穿削能を与えたタッピングねじ山を設
け、前記締結本体部には、前記タッピングねじ山に連続
して同一のリード角、及びピッチ間隔の雄ねじ形状を形
成した上で、該雄ねじ形状のねじ頂部を螺旋に沿わせた
所要深さの切込み溝で二分してタッピングねじ山のタッ
ピングねじ頂部から次第に分岐される一対の各螺合ねじ
頂部を形成すると共に、区分された各螺合ねじ頂部を切
込み溝に直交する方向へやや拡開させて、該各螺合ねじ
頂部の相互間に切込み溝側へのバネ機能を与えたセルフ
ロック螺合ねじ山を設けたことを特徴とするセルフロッ
ク・タッピングねじ部材。

旋に沿わせた所要深さの切込み溝で二分して一対の各螺
合ねじ頂部を形成すると共に、区分された各螺合ねじ頂
部を切込み溝に直交する方向へやや拡開させて、該各螺
合ねじ頂部の相互間に切込み溝側へのバネ機能を与えた
セルフロック螺合ねじ山を設けたことを特徴とするセル
フロック・タッピングねじ部材。
