Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a personal ornament having reflector stand out by reflecting a light as a traffic accident preventive means during night to protect a person by providing a reflector on the surface of the personal ornament main body. SOLUTION: On the surface of the main body of a hair band, to a spring 2 of which urethane 9 is affixed, a reflector 1 which is cut into a size being suitable for the width and the length of the hair band, is placed. By using this, the reflector sensitively reflects to the lights of an automobile, a motorcycle and a bicycle, etc., when walking during night, and the drivers can instantly recognize it, and it is led to traffic safety. During daytime, it can be informally used as a normal personal ornament, and during night, it can be used as a new fashion by the reflection to lights.
