Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the pinching of document from any part of a clip in upper, lower, right and left thereof, and to enable the hooking on a nail and a rail or the like by spirally winding a wire, which is made of metal or the synthetic resin, twice and a half with an equal space, and forming a tip thereof into the hook-shape. SOLUTION: A wire, which is made of metal or the synthetic resin, is spirally wound twice and a half with an equal space, and the end of the wound wire is bent to the hook-shape. As a material of the wire, metal such as a stainless steel or the synthetic resin such as plastic is used, and shape of a clip can be formed into circle, triangle, square, diamond or the like, besides elliptic shape, and the clip can be colored and magnetized. With this structure, document can be easily pinched in comparison with other spring type clip, which needs force, and furthermore, it can be hooked on a nail or a rail or the like for use.

Detailed Description of the Invention

[Prior Art] In the conventional paper clip, when a document is sandwiched, it can be sandwiched only from two directions of the upper or lower part of the clip, and since it has no hook, it has a structure that it is difficult to hook it to other parts.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Except for its drawbacks, the present invention is designed so that a document can be sandwiched from anywhere on the upper, lower, left and right sides of a clip, and can be hooked on a nail or a rail. It also has the advantage that the pages of a book can be stopped page by page.

[Advantages of the Invention] (a) In the case of documents, it is easier than other spring-type clips that require force, and can be hooked on nail-shaped or rail-shaped objects. (B) In the case of books, it can be fastened page by page, and when the thickness is full, it can be removed and reattached to a new page.

[Claims] 1. A document fastening clip in which wires made of a wire-shaped (cylindrical) metal or synthetic resin are wound at equal intervals twice in a helix and the ends are hook-shaped.
