なる分割鉄心9の他方側端面に設けた凹部11に嵌合さ
せて構成している。12はインシュレータで、筒体部1
3とこの筒体部13の両端に形成した鍔部14、15と
より構成してある。前記インシュレータ12の筒体部1
3には固定子巻線16が巻装され、前記一方の鍔部14
の軸方向の端面には側方に突出する直方体の突起17が
設けられている。前記突起17の両側には前記固定子巻
線16の巻線端を挟み込む溝18、19が設けられてい
る。前記鍔部14の周方向の側面には鉤部20を有する
係合腕21が設けられ、また、鍔部14の側面には前記
係合腕21の鉤部20が係合する溝22が設けられてい
る。23は固定子巻線16の軸方向端部に設け巻線端部
を結線する結線板で、図4に示すように円板状に形成さ
れ内周および外周には半円径の凹部24が設けられ、こ
の凹部24に近接して接続金具25が固定してある。前
記結線板内には固定子巻線16の巻線端を接続する図示
しない導体が埋設されて固定子巻線16を結線するよう

リセプタクルで、リード線34によって前記結線板23
に接続している。35は固定子巻線16を覆う絶縁樹脂
である。このような構成の固定子鉄心の組立は、以下の
ようにして行う。まず、分割鉄心9の連結巻線部8にイ
ンシュレータ12を取付ける。つぎに、このインシュレ
