2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for exterior wall materials, lining materials, roof materials for buildings, soundproof walls for highways and railways,
Plastic panels having a soundproof effect are widely used because of their light weight. Usually, in order to impart a soundproofing effect, a porous material such as foamed plastic or glass wool, or one having a finely divided hollow cell inside a plastic panel is used. However, all of these porous and hollow cell structures have a problem that the sound absorbing / insulating effect in a low and middle sound range (100 to 200 Hz) is poor, and the sound absorbing / insulating effect in a wide sound range cannot be obtained. Further, since it mainly has continuous holes, there is a problem that the resistance to local load is poor and the mechanical strength is insufficient.

[0003] As a soundproof for the low and middle tone range, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 53-72313 discloses a soundproof panel in which the inner space of a sandwich-shaped panel is filled with sand particles. However, in order to fully exhibit the soundproofing property by this method, it is difficult to densely fill the inner space of the panel with the sand particles, and since the sand has a heavy weight, it is necessary to reduce the weight. There is a problem that it is difficult.

The sound absorbing / insulating sheet material and the sound absorbing / insulating plastic panel of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view of an example of a sound absorbing and sound insulating plastic sheet material of the present invention. The radio wave absorbing plastic sheet material and the radio wave absorbing plastic panel of the present invention can be obtained in exactly the same manner as the sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material and the sound absorbing / insulating plastic panel. In FIG. 1, a sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material 1 is a plastic sheet material 3 containing a magnetic fluid-containing capsule 2. The plastic sheet-like material 3 is a plastic sheet-like material. The type of plastics is about 20 to 1
There is no particular limitation as long as it can be molded by mixing the magnetic fluid-containing capsule 2 therein at a relatively low temperature of 00 ° C., preferably 40 to 60 ° C., and may be a thermosetting type or a thermoplastic type. For example, thermosetting resin such as unsaturated polyester resin, phenol resin, epoxy resin, vinyl ester resin, melamine resin, urea resin, or saturated polyester resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyamide resin, polyvinyl chloride resin polychlorine Any plastic can be used as long as it is made of a thermoplastic resin such as vinylidene resin, polystyrene resin or acrylic resin, and unsaturated polyester resin is preferable. Needless to say, it may be a sheet-like material which is a fiber-reinforced plastic obtained by combining these plastics with reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers, carbon fibers and aramid fibers.

The magnetic fluid-containing capsule 2 contained in the plastic sheet material 3 is made of magnetic fine particles such as ferrite and magnetite having a particle size of 5 to 200 nm and n-hexane.
It is possible to enclose a fluid substance dispersed in a hydrocarbon organic solvent such as paraffin oil and use vinylidene chloride resin, vinyl chloride resin, acrylonitrile resin, etc., alone or as an outer shell of a copolymer thereof. . The interior of the magnetic fluid-containing capsule 2 is composed of a dispersion liquid of magnetic fine particles and a hollow space, and the volume occupied by the dispersion liquid of magnetic fine particles is usually 1 to 30% by weight, preferably 10%.
~ 15 wt% and the average particle size of the capsule is 5-1
Those having a diameter of 00 μm, preferably 100 to 200 μm can be used. If the volume occupied by the dispersion liquid of the magnetic fine particles is less than 1%, the sound absorbing / insulating effect may be insufficient, or conversely, if it exceeds 30%, it may be difficult to produce a magnetic fluid-containing capsule.

In order to contain the magnetic fluid-containing capsule 2 in the plastic sheet material 3, if the plastic is a thermosetting resin, a predetermined amount of the magnetic fluid-containing capsule 2 is added to the liquid thermosetting resin (uncured). Then, it may be semi-cured or cured into a sheet form. If it is a thermoplastic resin, the pellet of the thermoplastic resin and the magnetic fluid-containing capsule 2
And may be kneaded while heating and melting to form a sheet. When a thermosetting resin is used, a sound absorbing / insulating plastic panel in which a fiber reinforced plastic sheet is fixed to at least one side of the sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material can be easily integrally formed, and the sheet material has relatively good heat resistance. Is obtained. On the other hand, when a thermoplastic resin is used, the sheet material can be easily molded, and a relatively flexible sheet material can be obtained, so that it is easy to handle. At this time, microballoons such as glass balloons having hollow interiors, shirasu balloons and plastic balloons (which do not contain magnetic fluid), or known modifiers such as calcium carbonate, iron powder, silica sand, and pigments may be added. it can. For example, by using a glass balloon, it is possible to further reduce the weight of the plastic sheet-like material, the sound absorbing / insulating characteristics, and the heat resistance.

FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of a method of manufacturing the sound absorbing and sound insulating plastic panel of the present invention. To fix the fiber reinforced plastic sheet 7 on at least one surface (one surface in FIG. 2) of the sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material 1) 1) Simultaneous molding while integrally molding. 2)
An adhesive (for example, an epoxy-based adhesive) is applied to adhere and adhere. 3) It can be performed by a method such as fixing with nails or bolts. To integrally mold the fiber reinforced plastic 4 on at least one surface (one surface in FIG. 2) of the sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material 1, for example, 1) mount the sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material 1 in which the matrix resin is a thermoplastic resin into a mold. After being placed inside and preheated, a fiber reinforced plastic material such as a sheet molding compound is laminated thereon and heat cured. 2) The sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material 1 in which the matrix resin is a thermosetting resin and the reinforcing fiber are placed in a mold, and thermosetting like an unsaturated polyester resin is performed through an injection port provided in the mold. The resin is injected and cured to obtain an integral body. It can be obtained by a known molding method generally used for molding fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). Also, when the fiber reinforced plastic 4 is integrally formed on both surfaces of the sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material 1, the fiber reinforced plastic 4 material may be further laminated and formed on the uppermost portion according to the above method.

The sound absorbing and insulating plastic sheet material containing the magnetic fluid-containing capsule of the present invention is excellent not only in soundproofing properties but also in sound absorbing and soundproofing properties, especially in the low sound range, and therefore, it is suitable for building materials and soundproof walls. It is useful as a sound absorbing / insulating plastic sheet material. Further, since it contains a magnetic fluid-containing capsule, it also has an electromagnetic wave shielding effect and is useful as a material for electromagnetic wave absorbers and panels. In particular, a plastic panel obtained by integrally molding at least one surface of a carbon fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin sheet has a remarkable effect in a communication frequency range (800 MHz or more) and is suitable for a housing of communication equipment or the like. It can be preferably used. FIG. 3 shows the measurement results of the electromagnetic wave transmission loss of a sandwich panel in which the bell-shaped structure of the magnetic fluid-encapsulated microcapsules was used as the core material and GF mat, CF mat, and CF cloth were both surface materials. Further, the one in which the fiber-reinforced plastic is integrally molded or attached to at least one surface of the sound-absorbing and sound-insulating plastic sheet material of the present invention has mechanical strength and durability, so that it is particularly used as a building material or a soundproof wall. You can
