が細菌等に汚染され、あるいは汚染したカードによって
感染するのを阻止できる。カード外表面に塗料を塗布し
て、あるいは印刷用インキを印刷して抗菌層6を形成す
ると、磁気カードの製造過程において抗菌層6を簡単に
低コストで形成てきるうえ、その必要があれば既に発行
済みの磁気カードや、抗菌作用が低下した磁気カードで
あっても、新たに抗菌層6を形成して抗菌作用を追加付

とが積層されており、カード外表面に抗菌剤5を含む抗
