2. Description of the Related Art A conventional tennis ball is a hollow regular sphere mainly made of an elastic material such as rubber, and its spherical wall has an almost uniform wall thickness. There are thick and thin thicknesses, and the ball wall of a hard tennis ball is thicker than that of a soft tennis ball, and the surface of the ball is usually covered with villi. In addition, some hardball tennis balls have increased the internal pressure of the ball in order to increase the bounce force when hitting the ball, and some recently seemed to have decreased the internal pressure of the ball. The wall separates the hollow part of the ball from the outside world, and the bounce caused by the hit ball appears as a difference in bounce caused by the strength of the hit ball. Therefore, when a hit ball is strong, the bounce is large and the flight distance is long, and the flight distance is long. When he intended to shorten the distance, he only tried a weak ball.

Due to its structure, the conventional hard tennis ball has a long flight distance when struck, and it requires an excessive amount of exercise to follow up, which may be inappropriate for the aged and vulnerable. Hard tennis ball game in a narrow space was inconvenient, and the arrival of a strong hit ball could be dangerous. However, with an excessively weak ball, lack of momentum and interest decreased.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the inventor of the present invention can obtain a proper bounce even if he hits hard when he tries to enjoy a ball game using a hard tennis ball and has a relatively short flight distance. The present invention has invented a perforated ball.

In order to achieve the above object, the perforated tennis ball of the present invention is provided with a perforation penetrating a ball wall in a tennis ball body, or a ball having a thick elastic linear material. Or the frame of the ball is formed of an elastic mesh material, both of which are characterized by a mechanism for ventilating the inside and outside of the ball body. The perforated ball is covered with a villi-like material like a conventional hard tennis ball.

In the perforated ball of the present invention constructed as described above, the inner cavity of the ball and the outer world are round perforations 4 or puncture perforations 5 provided in the ball wall or thick elastic linear or elastic nets. The air easily flows through the gap 6 and therefore the ball is deformed when hitting the perforated ball of the present invention, the air in the ball cavity temporarily escapes to the outside world, and the shape of the ball during flight is elastic rubber of the ball. Most of the bounce force at the time of the next landing in which the outside air enters the ball at the same time as it is restored to a round shape by 3 is the elastic material of the ball, that is, the elastic rubber part 3
It does not fly excessively because it bounces only with the repulsive force generated from the.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 clearly shows the skeleton of the perforated ball of the present invention, in which the wall of the elastic rubber portion 3 of the ball body is rounded. The number of the perforations, that is, the round perforations 4 provided is not particularly limited, and no significant difference is observed in the effect, whether it is one or fifty to sixty. You can use the ○, △, □ or ☆ shapes,
Further, it is also possible to use a negative-shaped puncture perforation 5 as shown in FIG. Further, the diameter of the perforated holes is not critical, but empirically, the diameter may be about 3 mm to 5 mm, and the number may be about 6.

In the second embodiment of the present invention, when a large number of perforations are desired in the elastic body of the ball main body, that is, the elastic rubber portion, a thick elastic linear object such as a rubber cord-like material is vented. The frame of the elastic body of the ball body is made by combining and contacting them so that they are arranged as flat as possible so as to have a space as possible. However, it is needless to say that the mechanical manufacturing method is used for mass production.

In the third embodiment of the present invention, a ball frame body is bonded and formed by using an elastic fibrous net in place of the elastic body of the ball main body, that is, the elastic rubber portion. 4 is a cross section of the AA ′ cross-sectional explanatory view shown in FIG.

In summary of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention, the essence is to make a mechanism for facilitating ventilation between the ball body cavity and the outside world. The outer surface of the elastic body of the ball body is covered with villi-like material to the same extent as a conventional hard tennis ball so that the mechanism is not exposed for the sake of beauty and protection.

The structure of the perforated ball according to the present invention mainly focuses on a hard tennis ball, but it is not impossible to apply this to a soft tennis ball, but a soft tennis ball emits at the time of hitting. It is not recommended because of noise and extreme reduction in bounce.

(1) The perforated ball of the present invention is provided with a through hole in the layer of the elastic rubber portion 3 which is an elastic body of the hard tennis ball body, or instead of the elastic rubber layer, a thick elastic line is used. Since the spherical frame body is made of a corrugated material, or the reticulated spherical frame body is formed of an elastic mesh material, the inner cavity of the ball and the outside world are not separated from each other like the conventional tennis ball. This is a feature of the present invention. Therefore, when a ball is hit, the ball is deformed and a part of the air in the ball is blown out through the perforations or gaps to the outside world. When entering and landing the ball, it bounces only by the elasticity of the material such as the elasticity of the ball, so unlike conventional hard tennis balls, it is possible to obtain a slow bounce unlike the bounce mainly by air pressure. That. The perforated ball of the present invention is less dangerous even when used by children because the impact force of the ball that is reversed is weaker than that of the conventional hard tennis ball when hitting strongly toward a wall or the like. Further, as described above, since the flight distance after bouncing is relatively short and the ball speed is slow,
Since it is easy to follow the ball, it can be welcomed by people who want to avoid a hard run such as the elderly and the debilitated after illness, so it can be expected to contribute to society as the aging society changes.

(2) Since the perforated ball of the present invention has a relatively short flight distance after bouncing as described above, it is possible to smash a hard tennis ball even in a narrow place to train the strength of the ball. It may be accompanied by sound, which makes the ball game even more enjoyable.
