Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning and wiping material contg. perfluoropolyether which is slight in stimulation to the skin and is capable of wiping away water- soluble dirt by impregnating a soft carrier capable of retaining moisture with the emulsion of the perfluoropolyether. SOLUTION: This wet type cleaning/wiping material is formed by impregnating the carrier capable of retaining the moisture with the emulsion of the perfluoropolyether. Any perfluoropolyethers having a mol.wt. of about 500 to 10,000 are usable. If, however, the mol.wt. is small, volatility increases and, therefore, the mol.wt. preferable for practicable use is >=1,000. The amt. of use is preferably 0.01 to 10wt.% in content in a medicinal liquid for impregnation of the carrier, such as non-woven fabric or paper. The carrier is preferably impregnated with the medicinal liquid contg. the perfluoropolyether at 1 to 5 times the weight of the carrier. As a result, the cleaning and wiping material has a remarkable cleaning and wiping effect and makes the skin and the hair of the head after cleaning and wiping to the state resistant to the adhesion of the dirt and smell.

Further, dry shampoo is known as a device for wiping off dirt on hair. The dry shampoo is one in which, when water cannot be used, various powders are rubbed on the hair to attach dirt to the powder and wipe it off. There is also a case where a stain-wiping material is formed into a mist and sprayed onto the hair, and the hair is brushed or brushed to dissolve the stain in the mist and then the stain is wiped off with a towel or the like. The components of the stain wiper are various clay minerals, organic powders such as dextrin, surfactants, ethanol, glycol and the like, and it is also possible to impregnate these with a non-woven fabric to form a wet tissue.

These wet tissues have a cleansing power and are safe for the skin, as well as make the skin and hair after wiping to a state where dirt and odor are not easily attached, and further protect the skin. It is desirable to have the function of As a cleaning agent having a wiping power and a function of protecting the skin, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 64-79108, 64-83014, and 7-41794 relating to cleaning agents and wiping materials containing various silicones are known. And the like. However, these compositions do not have the function of preventing adhesion of dirt and odor.

On the other hand, in the "wiping cosmetics" disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-208211 which is a cleaning material in which dirt and odor are less likely to adhere, a soft carrier may be impregnated with perfluoropolyether. Has been described. Perfluoropolyether is insoluble in water and oil,
In this "cosmetic material", the carrier is impregnated with perfluoropolyether itself or its ethanol or liquid paraffin solution.

However, for a wet tissue for cleaning the skin, it is preferable to use a water-based drug solution in order to reduce irritation to the skin. Further, if the wet tissue contains water, it becomes possible to wipe off water-soluble stains such as stool which is difficult to wipe off with perfluoropolyether or paraffin.

The perfluoropolyether used in the present invention has the following structure, and commercially available products include the product names Fomblin (manufactured by Ausimont) and Demnum (manufactured by Daikin Industries, Ltd.). It is known that the molecular weight is about 500 to 10,000, and the molecular weight in this range is
Any can be used. However, when the molecular weight is small, the volatility becomes high, so that the practical molecular weight is preferably 1,000 or more. The amount used is 0.01 to 10% by weight in the chemical liquid for impregnating into a carrier such as nonwoven fabric or paper.
It is preferred that If the amount used is less than 0.01%, a sufficient effect cannot be expected, and if it exceeds 10%, it takes time to dry the chemical solution, and the refreshing feeling after wiping becomes poor. It is preferable to impregnate the carrier with the chemical solution containing perfluoropolyether in an amount of 1 to 5 times the carrier weight.

The weight ratio of the chemical solution to be impregnated into the carrier such as the nonwoven fabric or the tissue paper is carrier: chemical solution = 1: 1 to 1:
5 is preferred. If the amount of the chemical solution is too small, the chemical solution does not transfer to the skin when using the cleaning material, so a sufficient cleaning effect cannot be obtained.
If the amount of the liquid medicine is too much, the liquid medicine remains on the skin and hair when wiped off, and the feeling of use of the cleaning material is not good, and the feeling of cooling after use is poor.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION The cleaning material according to the present invention has a remarkable cleaning effect and can make the skin and the hair after cleaning less susceptible to dirt and odor. Further, it has the effect of suppressing the development of bedsores and rashes and protecting the skin. Since the chemical liquid with which the carrier is impregnated contains perfluoropolyether as an emulsion having water as a continuous phase, this cleaning material can have both the cleaning effect of water and the cleaning effect of perfluoropolyether.
