Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a lightweight inner sole with excellent permeability and form keeping performance without harming tight contact between a foot and a shoe, shock absorbing performance, and finger pressing effect. SOLUTION: This inner sole 1 for a shoe is made by the following procedure. When an inner sole member made by coating a prepared latex foam on a substrate and gelling and drying is to be vulcanized to be formed into a prescribed shape in a metal mold, the periphery part of a heel part area C is continuously and integrally formed with a wall shape 4, and dents 61 are formed on periphery back sides 51 of the inside and the outside of border parts 17 between a foot arch part area B and the heel part area C. Thereafter, a cushioning pad material 7 is adhered to the dents 61.

2. Description of the Related Art Insoles for shoes that have been generally used in the past have a flat shape obtained by punching out a sheet-shaped material made of leather, felt or an elastic body of synthetic resin into a foot shape, or a raised soil bump. There was provided a so-called cup insole in which the peripheral edge of the heel portion was continuously and integrally raised in a wall shape so as to conform to the shape of the heel. In particular, cup insoles are often used for sports shoes, and the surface part that contacts the foot has a pile-like cloth with good moisture absorption on the foot,
It is provided with a non-woven fabric attached.

[0003] These cup insoles fill the space between the foot and the inner surface of the shoe in the shoe, improve the fit of the foot, enhance the stability of the foot during walking and running, and play sports. It has been used to keep the inside of shoes comfortable by absorbing and releasing the heat and sweat generated from the feet.

The applicant of the present invention has filed Japanese Patent Application No. 7-287909.
In particular, invented an insole for shoes with improved stability of the heel. The present invention provides a pad having a storage hole formed in the peripheral portion on the inner side and the outer side of the boundary between the arch region and the heel region, and having the shaping and cushioning properties such as a bouncing putty in the storage hole. The material is inserted and fixed.

According to this invention, the space between the foot and the sole at the heel portion is filled, and the foot comes into close contact with the shoe so that the loss of force during exercise is eliminated. In addition, it has various excellent characteristics such that the impact received from the shoe sole is alleviated to prevent the damage to the foot, and the sole can be stimulated to expect an acupressure effect.

However, the above invention does not take into consideration the air permeability, weight and shape retention of the insole itself. Furthermore, bouncing putty is a material that exhibits an extremely excellent function of easily plastically deforming against slow stress and showing good impact resilience against shocking stress,
Since it is a relatively expensive material, it was not possible to use a large amount of bouncing putty or to use inexpensive bouncing putty on shoes.

(Embodiment 1) FIG. 1 is a plan view of an insole according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear view of the same, and FIG. 3 is an end view of the XX line portion of FIG. The shoe insole 1 can be divided into a forefoot region A, an arch region B, and a heel region C. Further, in this embodiment, the insole member 2 in which the mixed latex foam 11 is applied to the base fabric 10 and gelled and dried only in the arch region B and the heel region C is used. In the front foot region A, a non-woven fabric made of fiber having excellent air permeability, felt, rubber foam or the like is used. Further, even a material having poor air permeability such as EVA foam, polyethylene foam or polyurethane foam can be used by punching them to improve air permeability.

A buffer pad material 7 is adhered to the recess 61. The cushioning pad material 7 has hardness equal to or higher than that of the insole member 2, and is latex foam, polyurethane sponge, a member obtained by impregnating polyurethane sponge with bouncing putty, or bouncing putty or polyurethane sponge impregnated with bouncing putty. A member in which each member is covered alone or in combination with a synthetic resin film is preferable. As a method for adhering the cushioning pad material 7 and the insole member 2, when the cushioning pad material 7 is latex foam, liquid is used for the recess 61 of the insole member 2 or the cushioning pad material 7 in addition to the method of adhering. Since it is possible to bond the cushioning pad material 7 and the insole member 2 only by applying the latex foam, there is an advantage that the bonding work does not take time.

When the insole 1 for shoes of the present invention is used, the cushioning property is provided on the backside 51 of the peripheral portion between the inner side and the outer side of the boundary portion 17 between the arch region B and the heel region C in front of the footing portion 3. Since the pad material 7 is adhered, this portion projects 6 on the front side. Therefore, the user's heel moves so as to move to the rear of the heel at this protruding portion 6. On the other hand, since the peripheral edge portion 5 of the heel portion area C is continuously and integrally formed in the wall surface shape 4,
After all, the heel of the user is firmly received so as to be supported by the wall surface 4. As a result, the heel of the user is

In addition to the above-mentioned action, the cushioning pad material 7 fills the space between the foot and the sole at the heel, and the foot closely contacts the shoe to reduce the loss of force during exercise. In addition, it reduces the impact received from the sole of the shoe to prevent damage to the foot, and also stimulates the sole of the foot to exert an acupressure effect.

If latex foam, polyurethane sponge, polyurethane sponge or the like is used as the cushioning pad material 7, an inexpensive product can be obtained, although it is slightly inferior to the bouncing putty in terms of adhesion and shock absorption. Of course, it does not prevent the use of a member in which polyurethane sponge is impregnated with bouncing putty, a member in which bouncing putty is impregnated with polyurethane sponge, or a member in which polyurethane sponge is impregnated with bouncing putty is coated with a synthetic resin film.
