In recent years, in order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of the PC product, Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 1-15361 (B28B1) has been proposed.
As disclosed in No. 08), it is proposed that a molding formwork is filled with 0 slump concrete, and this is pressed on a vibrating table to accelerate the solidification of concrete and enable immediate mold release. ing.

However, since the inner and outer molds are pulled out in the cylinder axis direction of the PC product in performing such immediate mold release, uneven portions are formed on the inner or outer surface of the molded PC product. Could not be formed. For example, when a PC pillar formwork is molded as a PC product, it is not possible to project a concavo-convex portion (shear cotter) inside the PC pillar formwork, and therefore, it is placed in the PC pillar formwork on site. As a result, the bondability with the post-cast concrete is deteriorated, and further, the strength of the concrete column cannot be further increased.

However, the PC proposed in the conventional Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-114815.
In the product forming mold and the method for manufacturing a PC product using the forming mold, when the concave-convex member is moved back and forth by the position adjusting bolt, the concave-convex member is moved by one rotation of the position adjusting bolt. Since the distance is only one pitch of the bolt, it is necessary to rotate many position adjusting bolts in order to move the concavo-convex member back and forth to the target position, and the work of moving the concavo-convex member is complicated. Further, when the concave-convex member is retracted, it is necessary to rotate the position adjusting bolts provided at the upper and lower end portions in synchronization, and this synchronization work is difficult.
When the amount of movement of the uneven member by the upper and lower position adjusting bolts is different, it is conceivable that the uneven member tilts at the time of demolding and twists between itself and the PC product, resulting in damage to the PC product.

Even when the concavo-convex member is moved back and forth by the hydraulic cylinder, when the plurality of hydraulic cylinders arranged in the vertical direction have different expansion and contraction amounts, the concavo-convex member is inclined as in the case described above. Then, the PC product may be damaged.

Further, when the concavo-convex member is configured to be expandable and contractible, there are various problems that it is difficult to obtain a uniform concavo-convex portion over the whole due to a slight change in thickness of the thin sheet.

According to the PC product molding frame of the present invention and the method for manufacturing a PC product using the molding frame of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, the inner surface of the inner frame is provided with concaves and convexes which can be moved back and forth. By holding the member in the advanced state and pouring and filling the concrete, the concrete is formed into an uneven shape by the uneven member. Then, at the time of demolding, the PC to be demolded by retreating the concavo-convex member toward the inner mold side so as to demold the filled concrete.
The product can be smoothly removed from the mold without being hooked on the uneven member. Therefore, even when the PC product is demolded along the molding surface of the mold, an uneven portion can be formed on the inner surface of the PC product, and the degree of freedom in the shape of the product is significantly improved. Further, since the cam is used to drive the concavo-convex member forward and backward, the concavo-convex member can be smoothly moved forward and backward by the rotation of the rotary shaft of the cam, and when a plurality of cams are attached to the rotary shaft. By rotating the rotary shaft, these cams can be synchronously rotated, and the twisting of the uneven member can be reliably prevented.

By the way, in the present invention, a cam is used to drive the concavo-convex member forward and backward, and the concavo-convex member is retracted toward the inner mold side when the mold is removed by rotating the rotary shaft of the cam. Therefore, the retracting operation of the uneven member can be smoothly performed. Therefore, when the concave-convex member is retracted, it is possible to prevent the concave-convex portion of the PC product formed by the concave-convex member from being broken or damaged.

It is possible to smoothly remove the mold without the a catching the cotter portion 42. As described above, in this embodiment, since the concavo-convex shape can be formed on the PC mold 12 for the pillar molded by the molding mold 10, the degree of freedom of shape of the product can be remarkably improved.

As described above, according to the PC product molding mold of the present invention and the method of manufacturing a PC product using the molding mold, the molding surface of the inner mold can be moved back and forth. Since the concavo-convex member provided in the above is held in the advanced state and concrete is poured and filled, and at the time of demolding, the concavo-convex member is retracted to the inner mold side so as to be released from the filled concrete. Even though the concave-convex member can form a concave-convex portion on the PC product, the PC product to be released from the mold can be smoothly extracted from the mold without being caught by the concave-convex member. Therefore, when molding a PC product, the degree of freedom in the shape of the product can be significantly improved.

Further, since a cam is used to drive the concavo-convex member forward and backward, and the rotary shaft of the cam is rotated, the concavo-convex member is retracted toward the inner mold side at the time of demolding. The backward movement can be performed smoothly. Further, when a plurality of cams are attached to the rotary shaft, the cams can be synchronously rotated by the rotation of the rotary shaft, and the uneven member can be prevented from being tilted at the time of retracting, In addition, it is possible to prevent various damages such as the breakage of the uneven portion of the PC product formed by the uneven member when the uneven member is retracted.
