Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a heat resistant fire grate by employing a heat resistant and wear resistant material to a head part member of the heat resistant fire grate. SOLUTION: A head part (a) of a metallic fire grate 1 is recessed. A head part member 2 made of a ceramic or heat resistant composite material of the shape corresponding to the recessed part is inserted. The head part member 2 is fixed by a metallic pin 3 which is pierced horizontally. The heat resistance at high temperature is improved, and attachment/detachment is facilitated. An appropriate clearance is provided between the head part member 2, the fire grate 1 and the pin 3 to prevent restriction caused by the differential thermal expansion. The clearance is set not to be excessively large so that metal, sand, etc., are difficult to include. Even when the head part member 2 is damaged, the head part member 2 is left in the recessed part, hooked by the mounting pin 3 to make it difficult to drop.

(4,5) is a single metal grate. The head of the grate 1 is mainly moegara (incombustible material), and there is a high-temperature layer in which unburned materials are burning in the upper layer. The grate 1 is for stirring these, and when the head a of the grate 1 rushes into the high temperature layer, it may exceed 1000 ° C. depending on the combusted material.

Although the temperature rises to over 00 ° C, cracking and melting occur at this time. Therefore, it is considered that ceramics, heat-resistant metal, etc. that can withstand about 1500 ° C. are attached to the high temperature portion to prevent damage. When ceramics, heat-resistant metal, etc. are applied to the actual grate, there are the following problems. (1) Grate is usually arranged vertically and horizontally, and municipal waste is burned on it. Therefore, if damage such as cracking of the grate occurs, it must be easily replaced. (2) The cause of damage is that mechanical force is exerted by sliding between grate or peripheral hardware, metal or sand is caught between grate, and mechanical force is exerted by sliding. It is conceivable that thermal stress or thermal shock will be applied by combustion, or that heavy objects will fall on the grate when a fuel is injected, or that a huge clinker will be applied. There is. (3) Replacing the grate due to such damage is
It affects the operation to stop the operation, the cost of the grate material is high, labor is required to replace the heavy grate, etc.
This leads to an increase in cost and causes problems in use such as stopping the device. Therefore, I would like to reduce the frequency of such replacement.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. (1) Even if a head member such as a heat-resistant metal material or ceramics is damaged, it has a shape that does not easily fall off from the heat-resistant grate (main body of the grate), and has a structure in which operation can be continued even if it falls off.
You don't have to stop driving because of grate damage. (2) It is easy to replace the head member and maintainability is good. (3) The shape of the head member is simple, and since it is used only for a part of the heat-resistant grate, the amount is small and the manufacturing cost is low. (4) The structure can absorb the constraint due to the difference in thermal expansion between the heat-resistant grate and the head member. (5) The heat insulation of the heat-resistant grate can be prevented by the heat insulation of the air, and the damage due to the temperature rise can be prevented. (6) Since the material of the head member and the heat-resistant grate can be changed depending on the use conditions, the cost can be reduced.
