Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile antiskid device by means of auxiliary wheels capable of a changeover between linkage and release in a simple operation. SOLUTION: An auxiliary wheel consisting of an intermediate wheel 2 and a nonskid wheel 4 is shiftably installed in a position of adhesion or release to or from a car wheel 2, and in time of running on an ordinary road surface, it is released but when an antiskid device is required, it is shifted to the adhesion position and thereby any possible slip is obviated by an antiskidding member on a surface of the nonskid wheel 4 rotating in the same direction with a wheel 1.
