し、オゾン滞留の防止、オゾンによる画質不良や像端持
体の劣化を防止している。さらに特開平6−317号公
報に開示の技術は、オゾンフィルタ吸入口手前にオゾン
濃度分布のかたよりを分散させる複数のスリットを設け
ることにより、オゾンフィルタ開口面のオゾン濃度分布
を均一にし、フィルタの耐久性能の向上を図っている。
