Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array pattern of protrusions of the center line of a road surface, having a function such that not only a driver is warned of a danger but also the driver is led to a normal running lane. SOLUTION: A plurality of side-long protrusions 120a to 120d periodically formed in a plurality or rows are laid on a flat surface 110 of a road zone line 100 which is extended, longitudinal of the road, obliquely with respect to the widthwise direction of the road so that protrusions 120a in the row furthest from the zone line on the advancing side in the advancing direction are set to be trailing ends, and protrusions 120d in the row nearest to the zone line on the advancing side are set to be leading ends.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a structure of a center line of a road, a large number of projections such as leopards are provided in the center line, and the fact that a vehicle has entered the center line is transmitted by a vibration transmitted through wheels. There are things that let the driver know. In the conventional center line structure of this type, the protrusions were arranged in a grid pattern along rows or lines substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal and lateral directions of the road or in a staggered pattern. , It could not be expected to have any function other than warning the driver of the danger through visual and vibration.

Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-286005 discloses an example in which vertically long projections are arranged in a houndstooth check pattern, a diagonal pattern, or a goose pattern on a road division line. In this example, since the protrusion is formed vertically long, the tire is aligned with the tread of the tire when stepping on the marking line,
The effect of inducing to deviate from the marking line was low. Further, since the oblique pattern is arranged so as to rise to the right, that is, inclined to the right lane side, when this pattern is adopted for the center line, it may be guided to the opposite lane side.

FIG. 1 shows a pattern when the road marking line according to the present invention is the center line. The center line 100 drawn on the road is provided with a plurality of horizontally long protrusions 120a to 120d which are periodically formed on a flat surface 110 along a plurality of rows arranged in parallel with the extension direction of the road. At the same time, the projections 120a to 120b are arranged along an oblique line with the projection 120a in the row farthest from the traveling lane as the rear end and the projection 120d in the row closest to the traveling lane as the front end. Have a pattern. According to such a configuration, since the protrusions 120a to 120d are obliquely arranged toward the traveling lane, when the tire rides on the center line, the protrusions are sequentially contacted from the outside of the tire, The function of guiding the tire to the traveling lane side is produced. Furthermore the protrusion 1
Since 20a to 120d are horizontally long, the possibility that the protrusions will be aligned with the tread groove in the traveling direction of the tire is reduced, and the guiding effect can be reliably exhibited.

The paint receiving portion 50 has a front wall 51 having a funnel-shaped inclined portion as is apparent from FIGS. 2 and 3,
The distance between the left and right walls 53, 54, which is composed of the rear wall 52 and the left and right walls 53, 54 extending vertically, corresponds to the line width of the road marking line to be constructed. The bottom surface of the paint receiving portion 50 is a horizontally long slit-shaped ejection port 55 surrounded by the walls 51 to 54. The discharge port 55 can be provided with an openable bottom plate (not shown) that can be closed when the device is not used. The lower end of the rear wall 52 ends slightly above the lower ends of the front wall 51 and the left and right walls 53, 54, and a plurality of notches 56a to 56d are formed at equal intervals.

The pulling up of the shield plates 57a to 57d is controlled by a control means (not shown) so that the shield plates 57a to 57d are pulled up in the order of 57b, 57c and 57d starting from the right end 57a. Further, in this embodiment, the shield plate that has been pulled up before is lowered and the next shield valve is opened at the same time, so that the pattern shown in FIG. 1 is drawn. Further, the cycle of pulling up of each of the shielding plates 57a to 57d is preferably a value proportional to the traveling distance of the device,
In that case, it can be set to a predetermined ratio with respect to the rotation speed of the wheel 20. The operation of each of the shielding plates 57a to 57d may be performed by the rotation of the wheel 20.

Similarly, the protrusion 120c is formed in the section where only the notch 56c is opened, and the protrusion 120d is formed in the section where only the notch 56d is opened, as shown in a plan view in FIG. Thus, a pattern in which the protrusions 120a to 120d formed by the notches 56a to 56d are obliquely aligned in different phases in the extension direction of the road is obtained. Although it is conceivable that the glass beads 3 are sprinkled after the application of the coating material 2, its illustration and description will be omitted.

The planar shapes and dimensions of the protrusions 120a to 120d and the intervals between the adjacent protrusions 120a to 120d in the extension and width directions of the road are notches 56a to 56d.
Width, the length and timing of the section in which the notches 56a to 56d are opened, and the arrangement interval of the notches 56a to 56d. Some variations of the patterns obtained by changing these values are shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.

Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 7, the projections 120a to 120d are formed.
The pattern in which a slight interval is provided in the extension direction of the road is that when the notches 56a to 56d are sequentially opened, after closing the previously opened notch, before opening the next notch, Obtained by providing a section with a closed notch. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, in the pattern in which the protrusions 120a to 120d are provided with a slight gap (typically 10 mm, for example) in the width direction of the road, the notches 56a to 56d are arranged with a predetermined gap. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the protrusions 120a to 12a
For a pattern with no gap in both the width direction and the extension direction of the road between 0d, the cutouts 56a to 56d are not cut.
It is obtained as a structure (not shown) in which the shielding plates 57a to 57d are formed as two notches and are in close proximity to each other.

In addition, by pulling up the next shield plate before the previously pulled up shield plate is pulled down,
It is also possible to form a pattern (not shown) in which the protrusions 120a to 120d partially overlap each other in the extension direction of the road.

In the above embodiments, the center line has been described, but it goes without saying that the present invention is applied to a road marking marked on the center line which prohibits passing. Further, in the above embodiment, the push-type traveling body is taken as an example of the device, but it goes without saying that it may be a self-propelled traveling body. In addition, the number of the protrusions 120a to 120d in the width direction is the cutouts 56a to 5d.
6d and the number of the shielding plates 57a to 57d can be appropriately selected.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of protrusions, each of which is periodically formed along a plurality of rows extending in the extension direction of the road, has a plurality of protrusions in the width direction of the road. As it is arranged along the diagonal line with the projection of the row farthest from the traffic section of the road as the rear end, and the projection of the row closest to the traffic section of the road as the front end,
Beyond merely alerting the driver of the vehicle of a danger, it is possible to provide a central line with an array of protrusions that guides the driver to the correct driving range. Further, the structure can be formed by a simple construction method and device in which the device is run while sequentially moving up and down a plurality of shielding plates capable of increasing and decreasing the discharge amount of the paint.
