The pressure is circulated under pressure by means of, and at the same time, the water is injected from the injection nozzle 3 while being heated by the underwater heater 12. Further, for drying the tableware 1, a drying air is circulated, and a heat exchanger 13 is provided in the air passage 8 to dehumidify the moisture in the circulating air and heat it, that is, the ventilation port 5 provided in the cleaning tank 2.
The heat exchanger 13 having the cooling fan 14 in the air passage 8 communicating with the air conditioners 6 and 6, the air blower 9, and the heating body 10 are provided to circulate the humid air in the cleaning tank 2 to cool and dehumidify the heat exchanger 13. At the same time, the tableware 1 is dried by the warm air generated by the blower 9 and the heating body 10. Further, air is supplied from the outside of the cleaning tank 2 without forming an air circulation path, and the air is blown into the cleaning tank 2 by generating warm air by the blower 9 and the heating body 10 provided in the ventilation path 8. There is also a method of heating and drying the tableware 1. Further, in order to heat the cleaning water, the underwater heater 12 provided in the case 7 for water is air-baked, and external air is supplied into the cleaning tank 2 by a separately provided fan to send the air heated by the heater air-heating. By tableware 1
Drying has also been done for a long time.

However, in the case where the underwater heater for heating the wash water is air-baked and also serves as the drying heater, when the air-baking operation is continued, the heater surface temperature reaches a high temperature of several hundreds of degrees. It was necessary to take heat measures to prevent damage to the components near the heater, and to take special safety measures (installation of an earth leakage breaker, etc.) to prevent electric leakage to the cleaning water when the heater suffers insulation breakdown.

The present invention is a dishwashing process of washing the dishes stored in the washing tank with the above-mentioned construction by the jet washing water from the jet nozzle. The warm air sent into the cleaning tank heats the spray cleaning water and the tableware circulating in the cleaning tank by driving the spray nozzle, that is, the warm air directly contacts the spray cleaning water to perform heat exchange. After radiating heat to become low-temperature air, it is sucked into the ventilation passage from another ventilation port that communicates with the intake side of the blower, heated again by the heating element to become high-temperature air, and circulates while exchanging heat in the circulation path. . Further, the ventilation passage is shaped so that even if dew condensation water is generated inside due to the humid circulated air, the dew condensation water is water due to its own weight and can drop into the case. In the tableware drying step, the heating body and the circulation fan in the ventilation passage are operated to apply the hot air for drying to the tableware to dry the tableware.

That is, when the cleaning water stored in the case 7 for the water at the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 is pressurized by the cleaning pump 4 and supplied to the spray nozzle 3, the spray nozzle 3 sprays the clean water and spray cleans it. While being rotated by the reaction force of water, the dishes 1 stored in the washing tank 2 are uniformly spray-washed. The washing water after jet washing returns to the case 7 due to its own weight because it is the water at the bottom of the washing tank 2 and is pressurized again by the washing pump 4.
It is circulated in the cleaning tank 2 through the injection from the injection nozzle 3.
In general, warm water is used to enhance the cleaning power for dishes with stains, and therefore the cleaning water is heated. However, the blower 9 and the heating body 10 are operated at the same time as the jet cleaning operation, and the generated high temperature is generated. The air is blown into the cleaning tank 2 through the ventilation port 5. The high-temperature air passes through the jet cleaning water that is jetted into the washing tank 2 by the jet nozzle 3 and diffuses in a film shape. At this time, direct heat exchange is performed and the washing water is heated. That is, the heat energy of the high-temperature air directly touches the jet cleaning water to heat the cleaning water. After radiating heat to the jet cleaning water, the low-temperature hot air is sucked into the blower 9 from the ventilation port 6 through the air passage 8 and is again heated by the heating body 10 to become high-temperature air and sent into the cleaning tank 2. .

According to the present invention, it is not necessary to use the underwater heater to heat the wash water as in the prior art, and the heating is performed by direct contact between the hot air and the jet wash water. A single heating element can be used for both heating of the washing water and drying of warm air, resulting in a simple structure and low cost.
